Can't wait to go back again!

Our family of 6 had the best time! The space is very comfortable, cozy, and clean. Kitchen has all we needed to make meals when we didn't want to go out. Great accommodations of beach wagon, games, etc The beach is really just minutes away and it's beautiful! Lots to do in the immediate area as well for food, shopping, or entertainment. Communication with the host was fantastic! Quick responses to questions and clear directions for easy check-in and check-out. Definitely recommend and plan to go back!

Wonderful November Family Vacation

Our November stay was fabulous ~ quiet season so was perfect for us. The condo itself was spacious and clean, well equipped kitchen, beds were comfortable , loved all the views! Close and easy access to the beach. Condo was equipped with plenty of beach chairs, toys, and inflatables, which was great! Parking was easy and felt safe overall on the resort. Hot tubs were both big, only 1 pool heated but again quiet season so we had the pool to ourselves for most part. Mikes quick response to a question and tips and suggestions were very helpful! We will definitely be back!! The pool/hot tub weren't cleaned one day but it was clean the next day, so maybe they were just waiting for the cold front to go through.

Amazing!

Mike was very responsive. Beautiful condo!

We were in PCB for a baseball tournament. The condo was very comfortable and well-appointed. Any question I had was answered in minutes by the host, Mike. We spent tons of time at the beach and various pools on the property, We also enjoyed the restaurants onsite. We loved our time at the condo and in PCB!

Great place! Highly recommend

This place was Great, We had Tons of Funn, close to EVERTHING!!!! I will first start out with my recommendation. The king size bed in the master bedroom should be replaced.. While not terrible it's still showing signs of aging (sagging in the middle).This is only a recommendation and should not be seen as a negative or a reason not to stay here. Communication with the owner ( Mike )was immediate and appreciated. The views from the balcony are Beautiful, and the Convenience to shopping and restaurants is incredible! The pool areas were clean and have plenty of seating and lots of space so you're not right on top of one another. There was also plenty of beach items available in the unit ( wagon, chairs,umbrellas, towels etc.) I will add that the elevators are the Devil..... Especially on Fridays & Saturdays! I ran into one of the others owners there and she explained that a ton of money was spent on replacing them 2 years ago. I won't get into how much this cost but it was in the millions. So they have tried to make the situation better! I would like to Thank you Mike for a wonderful place to vacation. We would really like to visit again.

Great stay

Overall a good location with easy access to the beach. The only negative was the elevators. They were slow. I ended up taking the stairs alot because of the speed of the elevators.

Fantastic Stay at PCB

The property was perfectly setup for our stay. The amenities inside the unit were great and met all our needs! The property has everything in close proximity: pools, beach, restaurants, and Walmart for groceries. Mike was a great host and very responsive to all our questions and concerns. We will definitely look to stay here again when in the area.

Southern Lights Delight!

This condo was very clean. They supplied hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and trash bags. The beds are nice, comfy, and clean. Furniture is comfy and clean. The owner, (Mike) reached out before checking in, and made it very easy to contact him if needed. This is a top notch condo and a top notch owner. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was nice and clean with everything you would need. The Walmart right across the street was a plus also if we needed anything.The view of the ocean was as good as it gets to not be right on the beach and communication with condo owner was great. We would definitely again.

Annual Birthday Trip

My daughter’s birthdays are only a week (and 11 years) apart so we usually do a beginning of the summer vacation to celebrate. This was one of our best trips yet. The condo was everything we could ask for besides being so far from the pools and parking lot. Also the day of check out only one elevator was working and the elevators are small. So the overall property had a few quirks but the stay was fabulous, plenty of food within walking distance and Walmart right across the street.

Girls weekend

We loved our condo. It was very clean and comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The view was beautiful and the host was very helpful. The check-in person downstairs was very rude but other staff was friendly.

What an amazing olace with 3 bedrooms and everything setup perfectly. There isnt anything you would miss staying here and our best part was even the master bedroom has an amazing view along with living room

We are a North Dakota couple who chose to purchase a place on one of the most amazing beaches we've seen. Plus we fell in love with the emerald waters of the Gulf. Mike is the person you will interact with most and he handles most of the communication.

Our space:
Southern Lights is on the 12th floor and is the perfect place for your beach vacation. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, as well as a bunkbed room with twin beds (smaller adults & kids are best suited in these) with a barn door giving those guests privacy, and our giant sectional has a Queen sleeper bed. The primary bedroom has a view of the ocean, private ensuite bathroom, as well as your own access to the large balcony. The additional king-sized guest bedroom has a small view of the lake and a bathroom that is shared with the bunk room. The bunkroom is nice and spacious giving it its own privacy as well.
You will love watching the sun setting and the sun rising from the huge private balcony. On-site dining options include the all new 810 family entertainment center, (in our north parking area) they have bowling, arcade games, axe throwing a bar & pool tables. Juan Taco (is our favorite), Bun Lab burgers, "In Cahoots" Breakfast restaurant, an ice cream and candy shop, ice vending machines and the well-loved Wharf restaurant. The complex is also a short walk from Signal Hill Golf Course, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and WonderWorks, Parlor Doughnuts is 5 minutes by foot plus many more close options, making entertainment and dining easily accessible for everyone. Laketown Wharf combines luxury, convenience, and fun for the perfect beach retreat! Our condo is also convenient for home cooking with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils and coffee maker to ensure a satisfying stay. Walmart is across the street for anything you might need during your stay.
You & your registered guests will have access to the entire condo, 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a private access gate included as part of your stay. The private access is located just to the right of Pineapple Willys sign... you go onto a boardwalk that leads to the beach. FYI-There are about 5 stairs down to the beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Full Kitchen, large fridge with icemaker, brita water pitcher, coffee maker and room to spread out are the things people say are their favorites about our condo. PLUS the VIEW! Laketown Wharf has some of the largest properties among those closest to the beach. Groups can have privacy with our 2 seperate King bedrooms on opposite ends of the condo. Bunk room has a real wood barn door, (not just a curtain) & storage area to give that space it's own feel. This condo accommodates **maximum**8 people. We have 5 beds-(total) -A king size bed in each of the bedrooms and a twin over twin bunk- bed. The BUNK room that has a "barn door" for privacy. The sectional sofa has a Queen pullout that will accommodate 2 more people in the living room- We provide sheets and pillows for that space, ***they are located in the primary bedroom closet, ***. There are 2 complete bathrooms with each having its own shower & bathtub. Past guests all comment on how much room there is for the whole family.
