Sweet Southern Sol is a 2 story Malibu Chic home located in the quiet neighborhood of Gulf View Heights, close to the beaches of 30A.

This home has fun features throughout, such as a large back yard with a private pool, a stunning carriage house for additional guests, and grill for family BBQ's and more!

The main living area features an open and inviting floor-plan where the main sitting area, dining room and kitchen all flow into one another seamlessly.

The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary appliances, as well as serving-ware in order to prepare a beautiful meal.

The King master suite can be found on the second floor and is complete with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub and a large walk in closet. It also features a private balcony overlooking the pool.

The home also has 2 Queen suites (1 downstairs & 1 upstairs) with attached private bathrooms and closets with ample space.

The first guest bedroom features a charming day bed (sleeps 1) which functions as a lovely space to relax and chat or as a comfortable bedroom for additional guests.

In the bunk room you will find two twin over twin bunks. The kiddos will also enjoy a private bathroom and a large closet.

All bedrooms feature flat-screen TV's for your entertainment.

Our home also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

Carriage House: The open floorplan carriage house features a king bed, comfortable seating area as well as a complete kitchen, 2 bar stools and a large flat screen TV. The bathroom has a spacious walk in shower. Our carriage house also has ample closet space and a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

FAQ:
-Is the garage available to renters? No. The garage is for owners use only.
-Is a golf cart included? No. However, it is a golf cart friendly neighborhood and there are lots of golf cart rental companies in the area.
-Do you give refunds for inclement weather? No. We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters.

VRBO handles all payments.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.

Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
