Relax in this newly renovated mid-island getaway. We started our family on this beautiful island many years ago and we love the charm and unique local vibe. We are so excited to offer our coastal casual cottage for you to enjoy. It’s conveniently located and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, a movie theater, and two blocks from a kid’s playground and park. We enjoy walking, exploring, and riding our bikes on the bike paths. The beach is only 3 miles away. The neighborhood is very quiet. The spacious main suite has a king bed and an updated bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed. All the mattresses are new. The hall bath just got an update, as well. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and a Keurig for your convenience. No smoking and no pets on this property. The artificial turf yard also has a fun little putting green that our grands love. The driveway will accommodate two large vehicles. There are exterior security cams with motion sensor lights on the property. And, you will love the side yard patio just off the living area.

Kitchen has all cooking supplies needed. It was very clean and all people in my group slept comfortably. Our host was very quick and easy to communicate with. I have no complaints, great place to stay!

Great little cottage close to fishing and fun

Nicely renovated cottage 8 minutes away from our fishing charter. Central location to food and sites on the island. Easy check-in and owners are great on communication. We will be back to stay and fish soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. This home was small but well layed out with great decor and a comfortable feel. Good beds and nice bedding. Good shower pressure. Brand new appliances.

Cozy house in quiet center island neighborhood.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Sunshine. Neighborhood is quite with a park in the center and within walking distance to numerous restaurants. House was great with recent upgrades throughout.

A joy!

My family of five had a wonderful stay at Sunshine on Pine. This delightful cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood. It was our first time to SSI and this cottage added to such a fantastic introduction. Glows: Well equipped kitchen. Easy drive 12-15 mins drive to beaches and the village. (East beach was our favorite!) The decor was perfect and comfortable with a true boutique hotel vibe. Clean and tidy. Prompt and positive communication with host. Located within several shops, restaurants, etc. Grow: The putting green and yard were covered in yard debris, which made using the putting green tricky. Mild disappointment for my kids. Master bedroom door sticks and is hard to close/open. Having bikes on hand, so that one isn’t totally reliant on their car, would be helpful. *There are bike rental places nearby. Overall, we had an easy and comfortable stay. We will be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, Sunshine on Pine!
