Este espacioso condominio de 755 pies cuadrados con 1 dormitorio y 1 baño tiene capacidad para cuatro personas y ofrece hermosas vistas desde el balcón privado. Está a casi la misma distancia de River Run Village y del área de la base de Mountain House. Además, es un corto trayecto en coche de Arapahoe Basin.

La entrada ofrece ganchos montados y un armario para su comodidad mientras va y viene durante todo el día. La amplia sala de estar cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana montado sobre una chimenea de gas y un sofá cama doble. Sábanas y mantas adicionales están en un armario. Justo al lado de la sala de estar se encuentra el balcón privado que ofrece increíbles vistas a las pistas de esquí.

La cocina de tamaño completo está equipada con todos los utensilios de cocina y vajilla esenciales para hacer una comida fuera de casa. La zona de comedor cómodamente a cuatro, con dos asientos adicionales en la barra de desayuno. El baño completo tiene dos lavabos y una combinación de ducha / bañera con revestimiento de azulejos. Está provisto de toallas y un suministro inicial de artículos de tocador.

El dormitorio está justo al final del pasillo y al otro lado del baño. Cuenta con una cama doble y un televisor de pantalla plana. También ofrece hermosas vistas desde las ventanas.

Nice loacation ski/board condo

Loved the condo and the location. Great hot tub and pool for apres skiing. Only issues were the heat was high and could not be adjusted. Had to open screen door because bedroom windows would not open - seemed broken. Other than that the condo was well stoked for cooking and nice size for a family. Also the tub did not drain well which was annoying.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice, clean, spacious, and well stocked. Access to the ski hill was a bit of a challenge, but doable. Easily a 10 minute walk. I would not recommend doing it in ski boots. The highway at night was relatively quiet, but you could still hear it when you tried to sleep at night. Also, very happy about the underground secure parking.

Fantastic Place, and HEATED Garage!!

I missed the heated garage in the property description, but when we got there and discovered that we were so thrilled. Especially because it was a cold, snowy night but the next morning our car was nice and warm and no cleaning snow off of it. By heated, they mean it - it's like 65 degrees! Be sure you aren't out past around 6-7pm, because it does fill up so you won't get a spot and will have to park outdoors.Besides the garage, this place was awesome. It's super quick and easy to get to, is set up so nice (including the kitchen), and the bathroom is huge. It was very clean and had all the sheets, towels, soap, everything we needed. The building also has an indoor pool and hot tub which is great. Communications from the property manager were excellent. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future!

Summit County Adventure Trip

This property was in a perfect location for my trip to Summit County!! Lots of activities to do all close by!! The property was amazing! The condo was plenty of room for just me and was very clean and well kept. The property manager was very quick to respond for needs and was very friendly and helpful! I had such a great time staying here that I will definitely be back to stay for future visits.

Great unit in Keystone

Very well-kept unit in Keystone. Great communication and close to everything. Only issue is it’s close to Route 6, so if you have the windows or patio door open you get road noise early in the morning.

We would stay again! Awesome place!

We stayed at Oro Grande and it was great! Great place to stay and they were extremely easy to communicate with when we had issues and make it right. Highly recommend and we will be back!

This is our second year staying in this building. It is very hot. When we arrived it was 78 degrees in the condo. There are fans and we opened windows and put fan up to blow cool air. It faces the highway, so bring some ear plugs if you want windows open at night. Property was clean and great location to keystone and A-basin.This is the only rental company we have used that charges for late check out. We did not need it, but be aware in case you plan to stay past 10am.

Better than advertised

This rental was better than advertised. Great home base to go skiing for the day and then shop in Dillon. The check-in and check-out was easy, the unit was clean, and it has one of the best equipped rental kitchens that I've ever cooked in (e.g., sharp knives, citrus squeezer, three types of coffee makers, a blade coffer grider, good pans, etc.). To comment on a few other reviews: yes it was warm when we checked in because they turned the fireplace on to greet us but it cooled off quick enough. There is road noise but it didn't bother us and it was barely noticeable outside of prime pre/post ski commuting hours. Will stay here again!!

Nice place, but building heat way too high

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and affordable in the shoulder season. Unfortunately, the heat in the building was insanely high. We turned off the heat in the condo and temps were still in the 80s even though outdoor temps dropped into the 40s. This made sleeping uncomfortable and impacted our experience. Interestingly, heat was also blasting in hallways and in the pool room to the extent that we even opened the pool room doors to the cold outdoor air just to make swimming in a cool pool tolerable. This seems like a waste of electricity and something mgmt. need to address.

A cute condo!

We enjoyed the location, the views are great getting to watch the people ski and see the mountains. Very cozy little condo and we will stay again when we visit Keystone!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean. The location was great. The main issues we had were that the unit temps were very warm and the Wi-Fi was not working. We tried in vain to turn the temperature down, especially at night but the unit stayed at over 72 degrees day and night. The memory foam mattress also added heat to our sleep so that was difficult. The lack of Wi-Fi acces was not as big an issue since (thankfully) I had no work issues come up, but if that had been the case, it would have been. The unit was nice otherwise, but the furniture was very uncomfortable.

Nice hot tub and pool, and the parking garage is awesome. Only a 10 minute walk to mountain house and Peru lift. Great view from the patio, and this place was a quiet stay. That is hard to find in keystone especially around a holiday. Checking in was very easy, and the electronic guide book has tons of info. Management checked in with us during our stay to see how it was going. It’s awesome to have open and easy communication with management to make sure you have everything you need. The condo does get extremely hot over the day, but opening the windows and using the provided fans gave us a quick solution to that problem. Over all a 10/10 experience. Thanks Summit County Mountain retreats!
