Welcome to Beach, Please! We’re so happy to have you as our guest!

Our quiet, sparkling-clean, and newly updated condo is just steps from the beach and pool—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Start your morning with coffee on the private balcony while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Inside, you’ll find a bright and comfortable living space, a fully equipped kitchen (brand-new!), and a cozy master bedroom.

With a fantastic location across from the beach, and just a short walk to Freeman Park, there’s always something to do! Take a quick stroll to the North Pier, where you can enjoy a delicious burger or refreshing drink at High Tide Lounge.

Beach Access Update:
The Sea Oats Lane beach access is currently closed due to beach erosion repairs. But no worries! You have two nearby access points:
- Salt Marsh Beach Access (to the north)
- Sand Fiddler Lane Access (to the south)
Both are just 0.1 miles away—about a 3-minute walk from your front door to the sand!

What’s Included?
As our guest, you’ll have full access to the condo and all amenities:

Private Balcony – Overlooks the pool, perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.
Fully Stocked Kitchen – Includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig & drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, cookware, and more.
Entertainment – Flat-screen TVs in the living room & bedroom with cable and high-speed WiFi.
Essentials Provided – Fresh linens, towels, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Pool & Parking – Enjoy access to the pool (pool code provided) and 2 parking passes (covered parking is first-come, first-served, with overflow parking available).
Laundry – Available upon request for guests staying 5+ nights.

Their place is great, and they are so easy to work with. (Great host) The place is a wonderful one-bedroom condo, and they pretty much have everything you need. The place was very clean and close enough to everything (beach about a block) and with using the golf cart taxi service to go into town to avoid driving and parking was great for dinner. We will be back!!

Nice property, great location, clean. Great communication from owners. Only negative: the 1 1/2 baths were small. Noisy family moved in upstairs, but that’s a risk renting “not” the top floor. We’d stay gain.

Condo for a relaxing getaway trip to the beach!

Justin and Melissa's condo was great for our relaxing getaway trip to the beach! The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Parking at the condo was good. It was convenient to walk to the beach (about a block walk), and it was a short drive to restaurants. Justin and Melissa's restaurant recommendations were spot on! We had a nice, relaxing weekend! We would come back again.

Excellent getaway!

We were looking for a place near the beach for a couple of days. This place was great! Had everything we needed and more. Short walk to beach. Nice pool area. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Anniversary Weekend

This weekend could not have been better due to the accommodations and amenities of Beach, Please! Steps To Ocean. They had all the things readily available for a nice secluded and romantic weekend getaway. We were minutes from downtown Carolina Beach and all restaurants and shops. The place was very neat and clean. No problems at all and will be coming again in the near future.

Clean and pretty condo close to the beach!

Beach Please! Is a clean and nicely decorated condo. It was prefect for a quick get away to the beach. It has everything you need. A short walk to the public beach access and close to the North Pier and Freeman Park Beach. I would choose this condo again for my next stay.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay here. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach which not only makes it very convenient to go swimming, but also makes a lot of sense to go do that morning or evening beach walk because it is right outside the door. The apartment fit our small family of three just fine and had everything we needed for our stay. Access to a swimming pool was also nice to still enjoy the great weather out of the sand while the kiddo swam. All in all a good, relaxing weekend.

Nice location

This was a quick trip for us and we reached out to the owners before booking. They could not have been more responsive and helpful. This would be a perfect place for a couple since it is a one bedroom and 1 1/2 bath. You can pull out the couch/futon, which worked just fine for us during our short stay, but I think this would depend on the person/age, etc. as to how comfortable that would be for a longer stay. The kitchen was nicely stocked and appliances were in very good condition. The distance to the beach is very easy. The nearest entrance is blocked, but it was absolutely no problem going to the other access points. As a mom to teens, this beach locale was fine, but I think parents of younger children would have a harder time due to the narrow shoreline, lots of seashells until you get out a bit further once in the water, and some rough waves due to what I think might be the drop off. (The weather was perfect) Again, for my teens- the waves were a plus and they were undeterred. By 3pm, the shoreline had really narrowed. Nevertheless, plenty of sunbathers and teens/adults enjoying the water - but little ones were having a tougher time of things. One plus or possible solution for that, of course, is that there is a nice pool available, too. We had a wonderful stay and it was perfect for our short trip. Thanks, again, to the owners for being so communicative and helpful.

Beautiful and Stylish Condo Perfect For Our Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully decorated condo in Carolina Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to fantastic local restaurants. The owners were incredibly nice and easy to reach, making our experience even better. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!
