This property includes a refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, small counter top oven, coffee pot, eating utensils, dishes glassware, bedding, towels, bedroom and living room furnishings.
The 2nd story unit sits on the corner of Iris and Ryan Street overlooking the courthouse and Museum grounds. Occupants must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access this unit.
We are in walking distance to restaurants 1910, Luna, Tia Juanita’s, OB’s, Lagunas, Millennium Park, Lake Charles Pier and amphitheater, Courthouse, Stellar Beans coffee shop, Candace Alexander studio etc. etc.

My husband and I stayed in Lake Charles for the weekend for our granddaughters wedding. The apartment was super clean great amenities and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

We were in town with family for a wedding and very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We loved the artwork and decor, too! Hosts were friendly, very accommodating and easy to communicate with! Convenient and quiet location.

Great location, hosts and space

We loved our stay and will return for our next Mardi Gras Ball. Waking up to a farmer's market across the street was lovely, hosts were very responsive when we had a question, the apartment was much larger than we anticipated and would have comfortably fit more people. Kevin and Liz thought of everything!

Loved this place!

This was a great location, the owners were extremely helpful and generous. The only reason I give it a 4 is that it did not have enough glasswear and plate/bowl sets. There were 2 glasses, 2 coffee cups and 1 bowl. Plenty of plates. I am hopeful they will buy some Amazon sets and stock up! Easy solution. GREAT place!

5 Star Apartment!

This place exceeded our expectations! The view in the photo doesn’t do justice to what you see in person. They accommodated all of our needs plus more. It was so clean and spotless. Beds were so comfortable, slept like a baby. We travel to Lake Charles three times a year for our daughter’s college softball tournaments and this will always be our primary choice. The Host was so extremely nice and always checked on us to make sure we were OK. She also accommodated our request to extend our stay without any hesitation.

Downtown Stay

We booked this property for its close proximity to downtown. We were in town for a wedding at the Calcasieu Marine Bank. The apartment was exactly what we needed to accommodate 3 adults and 2 kids. The owners overly communicated on check in day via text when the VRBO app wasnt working. Great property with great location. We even got to enjoy the Farmer's Market on Saturday that was across the street!

Great property

We came into town for a wedding downtown. This property was perfect. Great location, walkable to everything downtown, lots of space, and the hosts provided everything you could need. If we ever find ourselves back in Lake Charles, we would stay here again!

I absolutely enjoy stayed at this place. It in a good location. It very quite and safe to stay. I like the fact that it was very clean and lots of space. The property manager communication very well with us while staying there. Yes I will absolutely rent it again in the future.

Upon booking I had a few questions. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The check in process was very simple and efficient. It was very clean and neat, location was great. Walking distance from restaurants, market and entertainment. I will definately be staying here again!!

Best deal in town!!!!

This is the second time I have stayed at this place and again it was amazing. If you are visiting Lake Charles, this is a must. It is centrally located, within walking distance of great restaurants and shops, it is super clean and you have everything you need right there. It’s like being at home away from home. I highly recommended specially if you are traveling with the family, a couple out of you just want to get away by yourselves, The owners are great and they will get back to you in a very timely and consistent manner if you have any questions or concerns. I loved it, highly recommended and will rent it again for future travel. Thank you!❤️❤️❤️

Downtown diamond!

Great 2 bedroom apartment with lots of space and a view of downtown. Loved this place. Host is very accommodating and easy to work with. Apartment was clean and beds comfortable. I would definitely recommend!
