We recently stayed at this cottage for a last-minute trip to attend a funeral, and it ended up being exactly what we needed during a difficult time.The home was clean and stocked with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It’s situated perfectly in the country between Sylvester, Camilla, and Moultrie, which made traveling back and forth between towns incredibly convenient for our family obligations.What truly made this stay exceptional, though, were the hosts.Shortly after we booked, they reached out to let us know they had just discovered a water pipe that needed repair. Despite dealing with their own family emergency out of state, they immediately prioritized making sure we were informed. They were completely transparent.Even more impressive, they worked tirelessly to secure someone to complete the repair on a Sunday and had everything fixed well before we checked in. Throughout our travel, they provided thoughtful progress updates so we could make an informed decision on whether we would need to cancel at any point. That level of communication and integrity is rare.Their care, honesty, and commitment to making sure we were taken care of truly made the difference in this stay. We are incredibly grateful.I absolutely recommend this cottage, especially because of the wonderful hosts behind it.
