The Ausable river is a short drive to Mio that is only 12 miles away, and 5 miles from downtown rose city. The area has 2 newer wineries also; Rose valley winery, and Valley Mist vineyards.This home has indoor and outdoor fire places, games, TV and WIFI available.
The space
This home has been recently renovated, nice knotty pine wood though-out, new mattresses, and beds. Has very large tub, and sand toys for the kiddos to take to the beach which is just a short walk down the quiet road, The property is tucked away in its own corner of the woods, with local access to both Rose city and Mio for convenience. This home has everything needed to enjoy a nice relaxing stay!
Guest access
The entire home is accessible to the guest. The driveway is large enough for ORV and snowmobile trailers and multiple vehicles.
Other things to note
The home does come furnished with cups, plates, and utensils. This includes pots, pans, cutting boards also cookie sheets. Coffee pot with filters, flavored creamer and coffee also Splenda that is provided to our guests. Beach toys, many DVD's for all ages, board games, and cards also available. Charcoal and lighter fluid available. Also provided is a 1/2 propane grill, 1/2 black stone grill with propane. Note this location does not receive cell service, only form of communication would be through the WIFI, i.e WIFI calling. There is also outdoor cameras for property security. They are only on the exterior of the home/property. Do not tamper or block any of the cameras on the property they are there for asset protection. The property does have wildlife and is in a neighborhood setting. There is absolutely no shooting of guns or firearms on the property. State land is 1 mile away where shooting is allowed.
