Heated Pool, Gorgeous and Large Condo in Resort!

Beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bathroom condo in the gated Pointe Royale community. Enjoy tennis, indoor & outdoor pools, and a well-equipped fitness center. The condo is a short distance to the golf course, Clubhouse and Lake Taneycomo. Bring your fly fishing gear and fish straight from the private shoreside park. Close to Branson shows, theaters, and shopping. We allow up to two dogs with approval; please reach out and let us know a little about your furry friends.
A stay at our updated condo in the wonderful gated resort community of Pointe Royale will be a hit for your next vacation! We provide all of the comforts of home so you can relax and unwind after a fun-filled day in Branson. An outfitted kitchen, Laundry, Wi-Fi, cable, Smart TVs, and lots of games are waiting to make you feel right at home during your stay.

The condo is a walk-in with no stairs to access the entry and features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and a private attached bathroom, and the second has a queen bed and an adjacent bathroom. As a third sleeping option, we have a pull-out sofa (best suited to children).

You will have free access to all of the wonderful Pointe Royale Resort amenities, including the beautiful outdoor pool, year-round indoor heated pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, discounted golf rates, restaurant and banquet hall, playgrounds, dog parks, Lake Taneycomo shoreline park access for fishing, and walking paths on the beautifully maintained grounds! The condo is located very close to the Clubhouse and resort amenities. This is a fun and beautiful community with a 24 guardhouse for entry and exit.

We are dog friendly with some requirements, please check out the house rules section. We do have a $75 pet fee per stay. There are two dog parks to exercise your furry friend, one of which is in close proximity to the condo.

We work hard to ensure cleanliness and to provide our guests with everything they need to feel comfortable; quality towels and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living space. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond your expectations to provide the little extras that you may not find at other vacation rental properties.

You will have full access to the entire condo and all spaces. As our guest you will have full and free access to all resort amenities.

This condo was clean and comfortable to a high standard. The host was very responsive in communications and made this stay less stressful than usual. The items provided within the condo and the amenities available within the property made days in just enjoyable as the time spent out doing activities in Branson.

My husband, myself and our 9# puppy enjoyed our 11 day stay at in the condo in Branson. The condo was clean, with comfortable beds that have adjustable heads. The furniture in the condo was very nice and comfortable. Everything you needed was there including a fully stocked kitchen. Christine was ideal to work with. Every question was answered in a timely manner. She does everything to make your stay an enjoyable one. We will be back again.

2 bedroom was not clean hen we arrived. Dirty towels on floor. Beds stripped. Not made up. No way of getting it done. We arrived at 10pm. The rental company was extremely nice and moved us right away to a beautiful unit. They were extremely helpful

Overall my husband and I had a wonderful stay however we had a few experiences that were a bit disappointing. The AC unit was froze up upon arrival which let to a warm and uncomfortable night. I reported this first thing in the morning and a repairman was quickly sent out which was greatly appreciated, but we did lose a 1/2 day. The unit was overall very clean, conveniently stocked, and well maintained but could use a new coat of paint. We had issues with locking the sliding door so we just avoided using it. My husband had issues with opening the recliner. Sometimes it opened fine and others he could not open it. I'm not sure what the issue was with that. The master bed was comfortable but a little too soft for me and I sunk down in the middle. The decorative pillows were very beautiful, but were a little too much and impractable. There was just so many, I did not have a place to pile them all up to use the furniture. We had a very nice stay and appreciated the ammetities and convienent location to Branson.

Our recent stay at your condo in Point Royale was wonderful close to town to come and go have lunches on the patio and show some love to our fur baby!Christene was just a message away if we needed anything which we didn’t. The condo was very clean the area was pet friendly for long walks with our fur baby and our kids. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

My family and I really enjoyed our recent stay...checking in and out was so easy. The location is central to so many attractions, but in a quiet area. The Condo is in a gated complex so very secure. The Host was SO great with communication and I have to say this Condo was the cleanest of any rental we have ever stayed!!

We enjoyed our stay a great deal. Communication was great! The location was close to everything and it was in a quiet area. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. An added bonus was the adjustable beds. We have one at home and always miss ours when we travel. We were excited to see those. The ground level was very convenient for our little dog. He also enjoyed the dog park. We never heard any of our neighbors. It was very quiet. The amenities of the resort were great. We even had a meal delivered to us from the restaurant on the premises. We would definitely, and hope to, stay again when we visit Branson.

The condo was clean & the kitchen was well supplied with what we needed of the basics . We loved the table with the lazy Susan in the middle. It was fun for playing cards.

Resort Living in Branson

The property is very nice, well-appointed, had everything we needed and more. Centrally located to all the attractions and in a beautiful gated community. We used the gym and pool many times and both were great.
