Fantastic Views, Centrally Located

Just returned from a fabulous trip to PV with a family of 7. Property was clean, well appointed, perfect for the family. Eliseo, the property manager, was attentive and helpful, always available to help his guests. I highly recommend this property if you have a large group looking for a centrally located condo with views for miles and miles. Wonderful property

No deposit back

Roof in one of the bathrooms leaked then ripped apart and left for our stay manager would come in without knocking . Lost a bracelet and towel 125.00us . Never got the rest of my deposit back . Wont be considering this rental again witch is too bad because it could of been a much better experience.

Perfect Location

This is a beautiful condo on the 25th floor overlooking the beach. The location could not have been better. There were 2 couples staying for 4 days. Eliseo picked us up at the airport, explained the layout of the area and drove us to do some food shopping - that was a real help and a time saver too! The condo is in good shape; it could use a little TLC here and there but overall it was really nice and perfect for our getaway. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals and there is a terrific steakhouse right across the street as well as a shopping mall. We will definitely be back.

Great property

We, family members totally 7, had a great stay at this beautiful property. Eliseo was very helpful upon arrival taking me shopping for groceries and picking up the rest of the family arriving at the airport. The condo was nicely stocked and we were all comfortable in the four bedrooms. I would recommend this property to anyone. Carol McKinney

Hospitality over the top

Had an amazing time for 8 days in this fantastic condo. I cannot say enough great things about Eliseo. From his quick response during booking to updating us on last minute details before our trip, he was the best. I would highly recommend his services during your stay if needed. He picked us up the airport and also took us to the grocery store. The condo was well equipped which saved us from having to buy extra toiletries and condiments. I truly felt like it was home. The one issue with the property in general is fighting for chairs by the desirable pools. You need to get there early in the morning and plan on staying as they will tag chairs and remove your towels if you leave them for longer than 1/2 hour. I totally get why they do it, but it was a challenge for our group as we liked to be together. We also got the feeling from some of the owners that us short term renters were not as welcome as the long term residents. Most though were very nice and we met some great people. Can't wait to come back again next year. Thanks again Eliseo.

View is amazing

We just had an amazing time in Puerto Vallarta and our Condo was part of that reason. There were 6 adults that all stayed there for a week and it made it really enjoyable to all be together. The condo is in a beautiful part of PV making it easy to get any where in just a few minutes. Eliseo did a really good job making sure we had everything we needed and also getting us to and from where ever we asked him to take us. The condo has an amazing view and has everything you would ever need. Would definitely stay there again.

There were 20 of us in various condos on the property and this one was clearly superior. Eliseo and the owners make sure you have everything you could possibly need. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Fantastic property!

Excellent condo, more then well equipped and most of all great property manager!

From initial inquiry to departure (and even after departure) Eliseo went out of his way to ensure our stay was super great! We have rented many times from VRBO and this rental far exceeds all of them. The condo itself is more then well equipped, they supplied everything imaginable. The views are outstanding, being the corner unit you have unrestricted views of the entire bay. They knew that we were bringing our 9 month old baby girl and bought new pool toys and a pack and play just for her! Eliseo picks you up and also not just takes you to any grocery store you want but also comes in and helps translate some of the items which worked out great. Also provided transportation for departure. During the stay there was an issue with the upper floor leaking and Eliseo responded to this within an hour and had it all fixed up! The Grand Venetian is also a great property, 4 pools and lots of places to eat nearby. We would highly recommend this unit and property manager for your stay in PV.

Unreasonable Owner and Hidden Costs

In my opinion: rent a different unit and avoid the aggravation. The owner has instructed his 'people' to deduct the cost of the utilities from the damage deposit if he feel's you used too much. After arriving home from our vacation and requesting the refund of the damage deposit I was presented with the electric bill for the whole month of April - our stay was only 9 days. This 'cap' for utilities was not disclosed in the contract nor to me when I arrived, only after. The owner berated me for challenging the cost and told me to 'stop calling his people' and if I had a problem with this I 'could go head and sue him.' To add insult to injury the WIFI stopped working on day two, calls were ignored and in the end I had to purchase a $300 data package (It was a working family vacation for me so WIFI was essential). So enjoy the view....just don't turn on the AC or ask the owner for anything.

Really is Spectacular and an outstanding Property Manager

We just recently returned from a week stay in Puerta Vallarta and while we have stayed in this condo complex a number of times this unit was in excellent shape and the view from the 26th floor is to amazing. What also set this stay apart from others was the Property Manager Eliseo. He was extremely helpful and accommodating from the moment he picked us up at the airport to the time he dropped us off. Would highly recommend to all.

Incredible Views of Paradise

I just returned from a 10 day stay at this beautiful condo. It was an incredible stress free stay with the best views of Puerto Vallarta. This condo is well appointed and the grounds and pools are beautifully maintained. The most secure place I have ever stayed. The entire process was easy and seamless. Eliseo answered any questions I has prior to arrival and was available help me with any inquires or concerns during my stay. I definitely recommend this condo.

We'll Be Back!

Amazing family holiday and accommodations! This condo is well cared for, well stocked with everything you need with outstanding views. The whole facility is well taken care of. Four pools with hot tubs and right on the beach filled all our swimming and relaxing needs. The security personnel in the lobby were very helpful at getting taxis and answering questions. Eliseo picked us up at the airport took us to Costco the first night so we had groceries and was always ready to help with booking events or answering any questions during our stay he then picked us up and took us back to the airport. It was a very memorable holiday. Thank you
