El condominio PENINSULA es uno de los condominios más lujosos de Puerto Vallarta, México. Seguridad las 24 horas. Peninsula está rodeada de piscinas de reflexión que le dan la ilusión de estar en su propia isla.
Estamos en el sexto piso (al igual que en el octavo piso), en una ubicación superior, unidad de esquina con vista sin obstáculos y la piscina infinita más grande en Puerto Vallarta.

Céntricamente ubicado, la Península se encuentra en la zona hotelera, a pocos pasos del centro comercial La Isla; Peninsula Shopping Center, restaurantes y Soriana Supermarket. Se tarda 10 a 15 minutos de taxi al centro / casco antiguo, golf, aeropuerto, puerto deportivo, más restaurantes, bares, playas y el malecón (paseo marítimo).

Este hermoso condominio es una casa muy espaciosa de 3,400 pies cuadrados que está decorada profesionalmente con el estilo contemporáneo y algunos acentos tropicales. La casa tiene cuatro habitaciones con cama y cuatro baños, un jacuzzi, armarios, una cómoda y una caja de seguridad.

Las cuatro habitaciones son con 2 reyes, 2 reinas y 1 cama completa con colchones Serta pillow-top. La unidad cuenta con 4 amplios balcones envuelven alrededor de la casa con el piso a techo con puertas espectacular al mar, a la montaña o vistas a la ciudad desde casi todas las habitaciones de la casa.

Cocina totalmente equipada, 6 sillas de bar en la isla de la cocina, mesa de comedor con 8 asientos y área de comedor al aire libre con 6 sillas.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was set up with all the things we would need for the stay. Easy communication with the owners prior to our arrival. I would highly recommend this property and will re-rent again in the future. Amazing ocean front views.

We spent 13 glorious days at Richard and Aimee's beautiful condo. We have been coming to PV for over 22 years and this was probably the easiest process and the best communication we have experienced. The condo is as advertised! Gorgeous! There were five of us there for half of our trip and the condo was more than large enough and the views? What can I say. Spectacular unobstructed views from the huge wrap around lanai The property manager was also super responsive via text messaging. The pool is enormous and the perfect temperature for cooling off. I had read different things about whether there is a restaurant at the pool. For those wondering there is not a sit down restaurant but there is indeed food and drinks including cocktails at the pool. Just push the "magic button" on the umbrella covering your lounge chair and a waitperson arrives to take your order! We all enjoyed the lunches there from shrimp burritos to burgers to chicken sandwiches and more. Cocktails were reasonably priced as well. All in all a great trip and we would definitely stay here again.

The host were excellent, from the moment we had reserved the condominium they were supportive and always responding promptly. We all said that entering the condo and seeing that view and the luxurious condo was breathtaking. Also the staff is there 24 hours and the security to enter the grounds and in the condo was exceptional. The pool area always had lots of staff and security. I’ve never stayed in a place like that were you feel pampered from the moment you arrive until you leave. Richard and Aimee and there property manager were outstanding with suggestions for restaurants, spa services right in our condo tower . Please check out Maria for massage. She was so great that we went in there twice in a week. I also had a beautiful manicure with her. We also did a movie night in a real theatre room . It was full pampering. We would not of known about all of this if we had not reserved this condo. Also filtered water in the condo is an added bonus. Banks , doctors , great cafe for breakfast on the grounds. Love this week of luxury for 3 females that are retired.

A beautiful, spacious condo with everything you need for a great getaway. Lots of room for our family to relax and spread out. Incredible views. Nice touches include a beach cooler bag, ice packs and binoculars. Grocery stores and restaurants are close. Loved the huge pool and the sand beach with lots of palapas. Great service at the pool for drinks and food!

This is advertised as a four bedroom apartment but it is actually a three bedroom place. A windowless storage room was turned into a “bedroom”, no one in our group wanted to stay there, and there is no closet. The master suite was incredible as was another back bedroom that had a balcony. The check-in process required a lot of paperwork. Booking the apartment and checking in were a pain, but once we were there we had a great time. I would not rent this place again.

Great Property To Stay In

The Peninsula is a wonderful property to stay in. Many amenities, very close to grocery stores, shopping, and fun things to do. The condo is perfect for a large group with space for everyone to spread out. We love the view of the water and skyline. The owner were very accommodating and for a small fee let us have a later checkout. Everyone said they had a wonderful time.

The apartment and building were 10/10 but the two big bummers are that 1. There is a beach club blasting music next door and made nap times for my toddler almost impossible. And 2. It is next to a river that drains all the sewage of the are and made the beach’s water dark and muddy.

Thank you for your enjoyment of our condo and Peninsula! Peninsula Condo is located in a vacation vibe hotel zone with many surrounding activities for sea, land and air lovers. We have a lot of families with kids and they take naps in the four bedroom which is undisturbed by the music. We are sorry you didn't use the four bedroom. The club is only open three days on the weekend. All the rivers during the rainy season in Puerto Vallarta get murky as it comes down the mountain and into the sea. The heavy rain drags down rocks, pebbles and gravels from the mountain, and is around the end of August through October. The local often go surfing and fishing at this area. Thank you!

Beautiful view!

The owners communicated and responded quickly with any questions I had. They also sent emails with suggestions on places to eat since we had never been there. Extremely pleased with the spa services available on the property. Reasonably priced and massage was so great we all booked a second one. Very relaxing stay…. Wish we could have stayed a few more days!

The property is beautiful, situated in a great location, near grocery store, restaurants. Fantastic pool and adjacent to the beach. Located between the airport and the Malecon. I highly recommend this place.

Great large family condo

The living space, views, staff , amenities, beach and location were absolutely perfect. The owners and condo manager were extremely helpful and very responsive to messaging and calls. Would highly recommend. I would not plan to be there again near Holy Week due to loud music.

Beautiful views

The condo is beautiful and incredibly spacious, and the entire facility is stunning, especially the pool and beach area. The staff were all amazing, and communication was top-notch throughout our stay. We saw whales everyday! The outdoor club next door is quite loud from 2 PM to 9 PM on Fridays through Sundays.

Absolutely beautiful property! Richard, the owner, was in great contact from before our arrival until the day we left. Oswaldo, the property manager, greeted us when we arrived, walked us through everything, and even shared tips on local activities and attractions. Richard also sent us a list of their personal favorites in the area, which was a wonderful touch.Our only hiccup was that the Wi-Fi was down during part of our stay. However, Richard, Oswaldo, and his brother Armando communicated quickly and worked hard to get it fixed as fast as possible.The property itself is spacious, well-stocked, and offers the most incredible views. The only downside is that on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, there’s a club just below that plays loud music from about 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Otherwise, it’s a truly stunning place to stay.

Amazing Vallarta Condo!!

We stayed in this amazing condo for 2 weeks, and it was wonderful in every way! Well appointed, great location, incredible views of the Bay and the ocean. All of the amenities were first-class from the workout area to the spa. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful!! Richard is an excellent host and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!!

A Great Vacation Condo

This was an amazing property to stay at for a week with good friends! The views are great and the Condo is beautiful. We would all definitely visit again. The owners were very easy to talk to and very helpful.
