Oceanfront, 10th Floor,Beachside One,Sandestin Resort with tram!

This beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo, is located beach front in a premier high rise in Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort in Destin/Miramar Beach, FL. Wake up to amazing views from the 10th floor of Beachside One. The private beach (for Beachside One guests and owners only) is just a short walk down the boardwalk. Strict beach access is enforced using a wristband system which helps keep the beach less crowded than other areas of the beach in Sandestin.

There are two bedrooms, each with a full attached bathroom. Each bathroom has a stand up shower. The master bedroom has a king bed with an incredible view of the gulf. The guest bedroom has two full size beds. There is also a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room area and the master bedroom both connect to the private outdoor balcony. There is a washer/dryer in the condo. The kitchen is complete with dishes and any cooking utensils you might need.

Beachside One installed a beautiful new pool in 2021. There are grills by the pool area available for guests to use.

The overall quality of the condo, coupled with the great location and beautiful setting make this a perfect choice for your vacation accommodations. In addition, you will be close to great shopping and great restaurants and entertainment venues.

Strictly a no smoking, no pet unit.

Absolutely perfect! I can’t say enough about the entire experience from booking to checkout and everything in between. Amanda is an amazing host and we didn’t need her at all during our stay. Funny that I spoke to Amanda more after our stay than I did during it. The home (condo) was perfect. We called it a home because that’s what it felt like to us. It was wonderfully arranged and the perfect size for my wife, 4 sons and me. The view was even better than advertised. Everyone said we should have stayed longer. We are all looking forward to booking with Amanda for next year. Fantastic, family vacation and the beach is second to none.

Beachside one is one of our favorite places to stay. The pool is really great. It’s not too crowded on the beach either. The property was well equipped. I love to cook, and they had good quality pots and pans. The linens were great as well.

Breathtaking Ocean View!

Beautiful, clean condo, with breathtaking views from the master bedroom and balcony. Great communication with the owners, who were also quick to answer any questions. Security worked overtime to keep the beach private and clean.

Highly recommend this property

This condo not only had amazing views of the ocean but the decor was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. My favorite part is that there was a well stocked beach closet, a few trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent etc. we had family staying in various condos across the resort and this one was far superior. I would recommend this property and hope to stay there again sometime.

Amazing Family Trip

This was the perfect vacation! We had three young kids and three adults. There was more then enough room. The beach closet was fully stocked, everything you needed!! The full sized washer and dryer was a game changer! Tons of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The beach and pool were clean, easy to use and not busy!! The owner was so extreamly nice, easy to get ahold of and accommodating. There were more then enough tram passes and bracelets. We will definitely be staying here again 100% happy!!

Absolutely Amazing

Stayed 7 days at this resort and everything about this place is amazing! The condo was very clean with all the amenities. Bed was very comfortable with very white clean linen! The view from the master is breathtaking along with the oversized chair which made my reading so relaxing! The balcony made me not want to go anywhere due to the amazing lounge chairs with ottomans! We loved it spent some long nights out listening to the waves. The private beach and pool were never crowed. Being a few steps away from the elevator made it nice for carrying up groceries to the 10 th floor! Love this place we will be back!

Perfectly Appointed

The condo is perfectly appointed. The decor is lovely and comfortable. I especially enjoyed sitting on the loveseat in the primary bedroom that overlooked the beach and the gulf. Perfect for those days when I just wanted to sit and read. It seems she thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The property was equipped with everything needed for a day on the beach including wood and canvas beach chairs (the real deal), umbrella, a wagon, beach toys and boogie boards. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. The balcony chairs were comfortable and perfect for watching the dolphins swim by or a beautiful evening sunset.What a wonderful stay!

Great stay!!

The condo is as described, absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing and the condo had everything you need to cook. The only thing is bring hand soap for the bathroom. Thank you Amanda for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo. We will be back.

Excellent Stay

The property was great, we enjoyed the atmosphere of Miramar Beach. Condo was clean and furnished well. Outside lounge chairs were excellent. The views were great from the 10th floor to the oceanfront, the private beach was awesome and a shout out to Gabriel who made sure the beach was private. that was a real game changer. Amanda the owner was great to deal with. We had a refrigerator go out on our stay and Amanda was very helpful to compensate for our inconvenience and made sure that we were taken care of so we could just enjoy our stay. Our overall experience was excellent and would highly recommend this unit for anybody wanting to just chill and relax and spend time on the beach.

Larger than typical

Great floor plan, main bedroom large with two person chair and ottoman looking out a wall of glass. High floor in middle facing straight to beach. Very clean, well stocked from equipment to consumables. Host Amanda did a great job communicating and checking in with us. Having been to San Destin many times, first time in Beachfront 1, it is much nicer than Beachfront 2. Cannot recommend enough!

Fall trip

The location is great all gated community with a beautiful beach and pool. Beach area was never crowded as some are next door. The owner is very responsive. Location is perfect for restaurants and any shopping. We will return to same condo. Oceanfront view is awesome.

A Staycation to Remember

Wow!! Upon entering the condo we were pleasantly surprised to find a spacious kitchen, gorgeous dining and living area, and a beautiful view of the ocean. Our unit overlooked the gorgeous pool! Will definitely plan another trip and request to stay in THIS condo!! Lots of space and all the conveniences of home!

The Best Destin Getaway!

My husband , and I took our two sons to Destin for quick vacation 8/6/23 - 8/12/23 before they started college. Everything about this vacation was absolutely perfect. Amanda , our beach host- owner was wonderful. Amanda quickly responded to our numerous questions , and even provided us with early check in . The beachside condo is at the perfect location to excursions, the beach, and outlet shopping center. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all essentials for a fun week at the beach. The fully furnished kitchen with upgraded appliances provided the perfect space to cook in while enjoying the beautiful beach view. The dinning area had nice big round table to sit at while eating meals. The living room with nice big comfortable couch and chairs provided the perfect angle to view TV , or look out on the beach. The view from balcony, master bedroom, and living room are the million dollar views, absolutely beautiful . The balcony provided another gorgeous view of the beach and had very comfortable lounge chairs. The full size washer and dryer in condo were an added bonus. The beach is private and very spacious. Lots of room to stretch out without being on top of others. Everything about this stay at the condo was excellent! The only thing I would change, is I would have added more days on to the vacation. We will definitely be returning and staying here again. Thank you Amanda for ensuring we had an amazing stay.
