Centrally located Home w/ Pool & Gym
Completely renovated in 2022, this villa is a dream come true for a family or executive with a private office, a large fully equipped kitchen, a grand master bedroom, a pool, and a gym!
The property is excellent for the remote worker, with fiber optic internet and 5 bars of signal strength throughout the property. We have a separate office area including a standing, with excellent lighting and a color laser printer. The office also has doors to close off the area for those private video and conference calls.
The office contains basic needs such as a stapler, pencils, pens, a whiteboard, and a paper shredder.
The villa is in the excellent Shenandoah neighborhood, where the neighbors walk morning and night.
The large pool area includes a fire pit, lawn chairs, and a terrace dining area to enjoy the cool nights in Miami. Parking for up to 3 cars is off-street and private. Pool and Landscape maintenance is included!
We are happy to provide a saltwater pool and a gym for you to enjoy, but both are to be used cautiously and at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
