Newly remodeled chef's kitchen and stainless steel bbq for those that enjoy a lovely home cooked meal. This home is a wonderful place for couples, families and friends! This is truly a Sedona gem!

Guest Access: Our guest have full access to this home during their stay. This includes front and back parking. Entire yard, bikes, firepit and lawn games.

The Neighborhood: Located in a quiet neighborhood. We ask that you adhere to quiet hours of 9pm -7am while visiting us. If you would like after hours places, we would be happy to recommend and assist!:)
House details: Single level home is fully furnished and kitchen is stocked with most appliances and essentials needed during your stay. There are also many stores and super markets close by if additional items are needed. Please check out our list of amenities for a detailed list of supplies and sundries provided.

Check out time is:10 am
There is a noise and light curfew after 9pm in Sedona. This is to help keep things dark for stargazing.
Please respect neighbors and neighborhood.
No parties = $1000 fine for breaking rule
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed inside home. $1000 fine for breaking rule
No pets, ESAs, or service animals to do health risks. $1000 for breaking this rule as house must be completely sanitized by housekeeping team.
$50 for all missing remotes
$30 for each missing towel
Please note, our housekeeping staff is on a schedule. All unauthorized early in/late outs, will be charged $50 for every 15 mins.

Getting Around Town:
Please note that Sedona is a great hiking and biking area. Effective April 1st, please enjoy our 4 hosted bikes, (2 women and 2 male bikes, helmets and bike locks also provided!
Please lock bikes if out and about and when not in use: It is a 4 min bike ride to town or cruise around the neighborhood! If bike is damaged or stolen, $550 fine will be imposed.

Uber's and Lyfts may not be as accessible as you are accustomed, so we recommend renting a car or car service if needed.
Restaurants: There are many highly rated dining options, we highly recommend making reservations in advance whenever possible. Some of the best dining options are within walking (or biking!) distance from our home. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you would like any recommendations.
