Enjoy the newly re-landscaped garden area with a Zen garden, Dining Gazebo and Fire-pit Lounge! Enjoy the outdoor space and absorb the magic of Sedona's beautiful red rock views and magnificent dark skies for star gazing. Sit under the shade of gazebo and shade trees and take in the views! Newly remodeled chef's kitchen and stainless steel bbq for those that enjoy a lovely home cooked meal. This home is a wonderful place for couples, families and friends! This is truly a Sedona gem!

Guest Access: Our guest have full access to this home during their stay. This includes front and back parking. Entire yard, bikes, firepit and lawn games.

The Neighborhood: Located in a quiet neighborhood. We ask that you adhere to quiet hours of 9pm -7am while visiting us. If you would like after hours places, we would be happy to recommend and assist!:)
House details: Single level home is fully furnished and kitchen is stocked with most appliances and essentials needed during your stay. There are also many stores and super markets close by if additional items are needed. Please check out our list of amenities for a detailed list of supplies and sundries provided.

House rules:
Check in time is: 3:00pm
Check out time is:10 am
There is a noise and light curfew after 9pm in Sedona. This is to help keep things dark for stargazing.
Please respect neighbors and neighborhood.
No parties = $1000 fine for breaking rule
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed inside home. $1000 fine for breaking rule
No pets, ESAs, or service animals to do health risks. $1000 for breaking this rule as house must be completely sanitized by housekeeping team.
$50 for all missing remotes
$30 for each missing towel
Please note, our housekeeping staff is on a schedule. All unauthorized early in/late outs, will be charged $50 for every 15 mins.

Getting Around Town:
Please note that Sedona is a great hiking and biking area. Effective April 1st, please enjoy our 4 hosted bikes, (2 women and 2 male bikes, helmets and bike locks also provided!
Please lock bikes if out and about and when not in use: It is a 4 min bike ride to town or cruise around the neighborhood! If bike is damaged or stolen, $550 fine will be imposed.

Uber's and Lyfts may not be as accessible as you are accustomed, so we recommend renting a car or car service if needed.
Restaurants: There are many highly rated dining options, we highly recommend making reservations in advance whenever possible. Some of the best dining options are within walking (or biking!) distance from our home. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you would like any recommendations.

Sedona is a dark sky city, please turn off gazebo lights by 9:30 if not in use. Many neighbors are out telescoping.
If pet and no smoking policy is broken, additional cleaning charge will be deducted from damage policy.

Host communication was outstanding. The house is extremely well-stocked and well-located. One back bedroom was a bit cold at night, but the house comes with a space heater, which warmed it up without an issue.

What a beautiful home. Perfectly located to be walkable to town and nicely situated to venture further. We stayed here over Thanksgiving with 5 young adults. I think we used every single appliance, pot, pan utensil etc! Home had it all. Our athletes loved the sauna after hikes and the turkey Trot. Just a very well appointed place to stay. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer!

I loved the kitchen!! The host is super responsive. It’s close to everything. The whole place was very clean and very well stocked. I highly recommend this place. Also the neighborhood is super quiet. And the views are incredible. 5 stars all around!!

Perfect Getaway!

This home has absolutely everything! It is perfect for relaxing, plenty of room for a group/family. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms makes traveling so easy. I came with a group of girls celebrating a milestone birthday- this home is in the perfect location to walk into town, walk to hiking trails and the views are spectacular. The outdoor area is usable and has plenty of room/seating, very comfortable. I would highly recommend. Michelle was responsive and gave us great recommendations.

Sedona trip

This lovely home with more than enough room for the 5 of us was perfect for our trip to Sedona. It is in such a beautiful and peaceful setting with amazing views inside and out plus within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We did 4 awesome hikes around Sedona plus a day up to Page to experience Antelope Canyon and the lava fields near Flagstaff - it was great having such a nice place to relax in after our adventures. It rained during our trip but the weather was actually perfect for hiking and didn’t detract at all from the beauty of the area - we loved our stay in Sedona!

This was the perfect home for our family’s first visit to Sedona. Great location. One level home. Plenty of space. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Sedona family trip

Lovely home, well appointed, open communal spaces, incredible vistas-the web site is not exaggerating! Quiet neighborhood but only a couple minutes from Uptown by car. A bit of a hike but walkable distance. Elote Cafe and a brewpub are on the way to Uptown. Comfortable and worked well with our family of 6 adults and a 8mo old baby. Really liked the place, very relaxing.A couple minor issues-the HVAC airflow is uneven between the various bedrooms and the barrel sauna only got up to 130 degrees (the outside temp was in the upper 30s). obviously minor 1st world problems. We'd stay here again

Absolutlely Fabulous!

We were a group of 5 women taking our annual girl's trip. This VRBO was great! The house is beautiful, comfortable, well equipped and the views and neighborhood are simply fantastic! On top of all of the that, the host was the BEST!!! She gave us so many great dining, shopping and activity suggestions. She was very patient with all of my questions. She went beyond what is normally expected of a VRBO host. I hope to go back to Sedona and stay at her/their lovely house again in the near future.

Fantastic stay!

Great communication with owner, easy check in. Home beautiful and spacious for 7 ladies spending a long weekend together. Nicely furnished with comfy furniture and snuggly blankets to curl up with as we sat around during the evening. Kitchen well stocked to make our culinary delights easy. The beds, ah yes, nothing like getting a good night sleep so you can venture out the next day- and a nice short walk to shops. Next visit- we know where we’re staying!

Quick Getaway

Amazing 360° views and a great location! It was so nice to wake up and enjoy the sunrise each morning and the sunsets at night. The walk was easy to the Sedona Brewery. The kids rode the bikes around the neighborhood. Met the owners and they were so friendly. Highly recommend.

Remarkable Red Rock Rental

We arrived to find the house still occupied by the previous renter, who wasn’t leaving until the next morning. The owner was outraged and contacted VRBO. They agreed to cover one night in a Flagstaff motel for the 6 of us, then we enjoyed the rest of our original week’s reservation at this amazing property. The views from the house of the red rock formations are truly spectacular, better than the pictures. The home is very well appointed inside and out, and located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and some trails. After a rough start, we were very pleased to share a wonderful vacation getaway with our family at this remarkable home!

Beautiful Home With Breathtaking Views!

Our family absolutely enjoyed this home! We had plenty of room inside and out, along with plenty of space on the living room couch for all six of us to watch a movie together. Everything we needed was there: kitchen was stocked, bathroom soaps and towels. Family commented on the nice water pressure and the large master bath tub. Clean and Comfortable! Location was excellent for our sightseeing. The star gazing at night and the sunrise in the morning..... couldn't have asked for anything better!

Unbelievable views, perfect location

Second time staying at this property, but with new owners. Beautiful updates. Very spacious inside and out! Really enjoyed the new outdoor dining space. Unbelievable views. Beautiful property

We were so pleasantly surprised with this property! The owners have literally thought of everything! The place is gorgeous and the spaces large and accommodating! We had three kids - 10, 13 & 16 - and they loved the place! Extremely clean and well maintained! They provided paper goods, etc. that you normally have to provide on your own. There was a lovely fire pit out back - along with a gas grill. There were brand new bicycles (with helmets) in the garage. Dish / laundry detergents were provided. Couldn’t have asked for anything else! Will definitely be back!

Sedona's is not a typical AZ desert landscape but instead a mountainous alpine community with spectacular natural beauty featuring magnificent red rock formations. In addition, Sedona is close to wineries, old west mining town of Jerome, AZ. and believe it or not, a ski resort! For those that like to ski and snowboard, the nearby Snowbowl resort in Flagstaff offers some great powder! We would encourage you to search online to familiarize yourself with the beauty and historical significance of the region.
