Other things to note
SOLAR:
We have an amazing Solar System. All of the ceiling fans, fan lights , internet and wall plug-ins are powered by Solar Power. Plus both the Master bedroom & kitchen A/C Units are ran off the Solar System as well. So In the event of any sort of power outage, all of the listed items will continue to run for you, so you never have to worry about sporadic power outages when staying with us.

BIKES:
We have 2 Adult Cruiser bikes with Surfboard racks attached, plus 3 children’s bikes available for your use. The 3 children’s bikes are well suited for children from ages 4-12 years old. We do routine Maintenance on all the bikes after every guests visit, to keep them all running in tip top shape.

POOL LIGHTS:
You can control a variety of different colors & settings for the under water pool lighting after dark if you’d like. The user friendly turn dial for the under water pool lighting is located centered on the exterior side of the wall, that’s directly across from the front entrance door of the home. There is a wall in the middle of the 2 sliding glass doors, on the exterior side of that wall is the under water pool light turn dial, which has many different settings you can test out. My preferred color is simply set to Blue. But there’s a variety of light display options available for you to try out if you’d like.

OVERHEAD POOL LIGHTS:
The overhead pool lights are ran off a solar panel, and are automatically set to turn on/off from Dusk to Dawn.
