Fun week at the beach

Good location. Plenty to do around the condo with the beach steps away. Food and treats across the street. Go say hello to Albert at Albert's. He is very friendly and informative.My only negative I can say is the security is a little too much.

Steps to the beach & many amenities!

Steps to the beach or the pool! Clean. All as described and expected. Comfortable beds and furniture. We used the outside pool, tennis courts, weight room, and arcade machines. Property staff were all very nice. Our kids didn't want to leave :)

Oceanside Condo

Loved our stay once again at Summer Winds. This was the 2nd year in a row that we stayed in this condo and we loved it this time just as much as the first. They have everything you would need for a beach stay including chairs, shades, and beach toys. The condo was very clean when we got there and check in/out was a breeze. Hope to book again next year!

Good central location with easy beach access and access to parking. The staff we met were nice and friendly; construction work was ongoing but grounds were kept relatively clean for the amount of work being done. The patio was of little use due to dirty condition! Hated sheets—felt like they were wet all the time. Mattresses were comfortable but sheets need to be trashed.

Would not choose this property again.

I asked management before booking whether the pools would be open and whether nearby construction would affect our stay. I was told the pools would be open (they weren’t) and that construction would not affect us “directly," (it did). Apparently, our definitions differ. The main draw of this unit is the view of the ocean and proximity to the pool—yet the pool was drained and surrounded by noisy construction vehicles right outside. We couldn’t enjoy the patio at all. None of the outdoor pools were open, despite our specific inquiry.We did notify management during our stay about the closed pools and disruptive construction. They offered a full refund for the remainder (3 nights out of 4), but that wasn’t a realistic solution. Who wants to spend hours—if not an entire day searching for another rental, hoping there's availability, repacking everything, and dragging luggage around until 3 or 4 p.m. check-in elsewhere? That wasn’t a practical or fair resolution.The property itself shows signs of age and neglect. The back patio door was extremely difficult to open, and the front door shows a fair amount sea damage. Inside, the unit mostly matches the photos, but you can’t see the dinginess in pictures. Everything felt damp—sheets, towels, even the furniture—which made sleeping uncomfortable. A dehumidifier would help a lot.The king and queen beds are very firm; the bottom bunk is softer, though the whole bunk bed is squeaky and a bit wobbly. The game room is more of an aftertho

We had a very nice stay. The rooms were clean and we were very close to the pool and beach. We appreciated the security team that made their presence very visible.

Perfect location for a beach trip

This was an amazing location for a beach trip. Located on the first level and in a resort complex, getting to and from the beach by remote access count not have been easier. The place was very clean and my young boys were almost excited about the toys that were available as they were the actual beach and pool. Would stay again!

Great host

Our host, Jamie and her staff, were extremely supportive, easily accessible and kept us informed. The space was very clean, had been renovated and decorated very nicely. The extra bathroom needs a towel bar and there were no dish towels or dish rags. Other than that, no complaints at all. Would rent again now that I know the "ins and outs" of it.

Weekend stay

We came for the weekend to handle a family estate clean out. The indoor pool and game room were Amazing for our kids. A couple of kinks with the property, but overall great experience. We would stay here again
