Condominio de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños completos ubicado en el 4to piso con amplia vista panorámica frente al mar.

Un montón de ventanas para proporcionar una excelente vista directa con vistas al Océano Atlántico. Esta unidad se encuentra frente al mar y en una esquina, lo que le permite ver la piscina al aire libre y el patio desde su sala de estar. Cene frente al mar todas las noches desde su cocina personal actualizada con encimeras de granito. Escuche las olas rompiendo desde su dormitorio principal frente al mar.
La sala tiene un nuevo televisor OLED de 65 pulgadas

The views from this condo are fantastic!! The best thing about staying here. The overall decor, kitchen is a bit outdated, but this space was perfect for our family. The location is right in the middle of Emerald Isle and Morehead City, and Beaufort is not too much further. If we come again, I would make Beaufort an entire day trip and take the ferry to Cape Lookout. It is a beautiful small town with a lot of shops and good restaurants. We went the first week of October, and it was beautiful weather. Stephanie, the hostess, was very quick to reply to any messages...super nice. Having the pools and hot tub available is another huge perk to staying here. The cafe was closed, but everything else was open at this time. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would come back again.

Great location, spacious, wonderful views from the deck, and felt very safe! We really enjoyed our stay and was able to enjoy one of the many pools while there. The showers of all three bathrooms need upgraded, but that is the only minor thing I could point out for this great place!

We have been stay at this unit for the last six years for my birthday - that should say it all. My grands range in age from 6 to 12 and they all can find something to do. The parents enjoy it because there are multiply chooses of activities for the kids without having to leave the complex. This year my oldest grands had the best year fishing every. All hands voted to go back again next year.

This is our second year staying in this condo. It is the perfect location. Easy access to the beach and pool. The condo is very well stocked. Great for a large family.

Family oriented

Our stay was beautiful. 150 ish steps to the beach. Beach was beautiful and not packed which was wonderful. Waves were perfect for the kids. Indoor pool was their favorite part. This place was family oriented with kids and a fisherman’s dream. It was great waking up and seeing all the dads out there with the poles in the sand and kids running around. Unit was very quiet. It does need a closer eye when it comes to cleaning and maintaining the space (cabinets (inside), refrigerator ice/water dispenser, tubs (seams). Shower curtain in the queen bedroom was hanging on by only a few hooks. Security was awesome, we felt very safe letting the pre teens explore and go by themselves around the property. Aquarium was close and great to explore, we went crabbing at a close boat launch too and that was fun. Overall it was a great stay in a great place, we are thankful for the memories we made!

Fun in the Sun

The property was great! We enjoyed the view and quiet surroundings. Definitely would stay there again. The only complaint I have is the construction was not revealed in the description. We chose this property because of the short distance to beach access and pool access due to our elderly mother and aunt. The pool was closed all week and we had to walk further to get to beach access.

Great location and great place to stay!

From the start, communication was great! Check-in, cleanliness, comfort of the beds, etc was all great! The location to the elevator, to the beach, to the pools were perfect. We loved our stay and plan to stay here again! There’s a little grill/diner at the pool and the food there was good too. Nice to have this option while swimming.

Dolfin sightings from the porch! Nice beach for kite flying and sand castle building. Indoor pool was well worth the short walk as the ocean was too cold to swim outside at the end of April.Bathrooms had mildew on shower curtains and showers. Maintenance crew was quick to attend to issues found on first day. Thanks for well appointed kitchen! The beds were comfy.

Relaxing Getaway

This was a great place to get away and relax. Was not crowded on the beach. The unit was spacious and clean. The view was beautiful! I went with my husband and grown daughters. We loved it and can’t wait to go back.

Great view!

We enjoyed our stay at the beach. View was great and we enjoyed the indoor pool as the outdoors were closed. However, hot tub was closed which was a bummer.

Great location

Really great location! Great view! The condo was perfect size. The only down side was there was mold in the bathrooms. The furniture is also very worn out.

The Title say it all...this is the 5th year in a row that we have chosen this property. Love it. It is just perfect for my multigenerational family. There is something for everyone. Great view and very clean.

Sisters Trip

There was a hiccup checking in, but eventually resolved. Condo was nice, however it needs a good deep cleaning. The showers were moldy and the shower curtains all need to be replaced as they are all moldy. The faucets in the showered need to be replaced. The refrigerator needed a good cleaning. The furniture could use a deep cleaning and the dining room seat cushions were all dirty as well. The condo is a nice size. The building(s) (there were 3) are all being worked on for what appears to be structural issues. The outside and inside pool areas are nice, but are also dated and could use some TLC. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great, but that’s what you get in September. I spent 4 days with my 5 sisters so overall it was good. If you are looking for luxury, this isn’t the place. If you are okay with marginal, then this is the place.

Located in the middle of the island in the quaint town of Indian Beach, within 1 mile of Emerald Isle, our unit at Summerwinds provides easy access to both Emerald Isle to the west and Atlantic Beach to the East.

The view from this property is breathtaking as you can see up and down the island is both directions and the amenities provide so much for both adults and kids.

Being in the middle of the island, the water appears more blue/green due to the fact that the inlets in which the rivers flow into the ocean are further away at both ends of the island.
