My home is located in a charming, quiet community with private Old Florida Beach boardwalk access to the sugar sand beach. Walk out the front door straight to the boardwalk and beach. Located adjacent to the beautiful Draper (Dune) Lake with private community access. Enjoy the best of both worlds, the beach and lake. Great restaurants and shopping located walking and/or biking distance.

We loved our stay! The home looked exactly like the pictures shown on VRBO. The house was stocked with everything you and your family would need! This is the first time I have stayed in a house where I barely used the things we had brought with us. The kitchen had every gadget, pot, and pan-even spices! Abundant amount of beach towels, toys, and chairs. We opted to rent beach chairs and umbrellas just so we could travel "light" to and from the beach but that was just our personal preference. We did take some of the beach chairs from house to have extra while at the beach. LOTS of bougie boards and beach games to use. Several bikes on property as well. The communication was top notch! Julie goes above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. She checked in on our family and even had some welcome treats for us when we arrived. She truly cares about her guests. We would definitely book this house again.

Great house, location and host!

We just loved staying at this house! The location is an easy short walk to the beach and has several restaurants, markets, coffee and ice cream nearby! We loved the pool and the community pool (also a very short walk)! House layout was perfect for our family of 10. Bunk room was fun for kids and other bedrooms perfect for the adults. The host had everything setup for the youngest (6 mos) and so many bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards and toys for older kids!Kitchen is very well stocked and there were plenty of towels and beach towels. Communication with host was excellent. If you book this location you won’t be sorry!

It was such a wonderful experience working with Julie. She’s incredibly proactive and accommodating. The home itself was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect for various activities. The walk to the beach was a breeze as well. I highly recommend staying here and we hope to stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

Amazing!

The overall experience was fantastic! The house was perfect upon arrival. Communication with the host was stellar. Can’t think of anything that would have improved our experience. Very short walk (maybe 2 minutes) to the beach. House was fully stocked with beach chairs, skim boards, boogie boards, and toys. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you’d need. Plenty of towels and toiletries. If you are considering this house I would highly recommend.

We vacationed with our family of 6. Plenty of room in the house for everyone. A nice quiet neighborhood right on the beach. The property manager went out of their way to make our trip a memorable one.

Excellent house in excellent location!

We loved staying at this house! The 3rd floor bedroom was perfect for our 2 teens and the bunk room was perfect for our littles! The neighborhood is quaint and close to lots of restaurants. Julie is an amazing host and was very helpful! The house is well-equipped with beach towels and beach equipment. Julie helped us get beach chairs/umbrellas set up each day at the beach. Beach is private for this neighborhood and this house has a perfect private pool as well! Highly recommend!!

Amazing vacation

Our family looks forward to our beach vacation every year. This year was a stand out by far! The host, Julie, is by far the best host! She was extremely communicative, accommodating, and welcoming. She truly cares and wants to help make your vacation stress free and special. The house was just the set up our family of ten needed. Every bedroom has its own attached bath which we loved. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with needed items. We enjoyed having a pool to relax in after a day at the beach. The added bonus of available beach toys, chairs, and bikes was a plus! We can’t wait to return again.

Incredible Beach Trip!!!!

We just spent an amazing 5 day stay at Julie's beautiful home! From the beginning of booking, through the whole trip, and ending with departure, Julie was very quick to respond and communicated clearly and efficiently. The house was perfect for our family (6 adults, 2 children, and a baby). Everyone had their own space and their own bathroom. Julie is detail-oriented and truly cares about her guests' experience! She was extremely accommodating, even leaving little beach goodies for the kids and some local food and wine goodies for the adults! It truly was a wonderful trip; we would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Great Place

This was one of if not the best experience we have had with VRBO. From the time I inquired about the property the manager was very quick to response with any questions I had and was very accommodating to us. The house was extremely clean and spacious. I would recommend this house anytime and rent it again when we go back to FL.

Didn’t need to bring much…

The host was great, the house was super clean, and had all of the items you’d want to enjoy your time at the beach (bikes, chairs, cornhole). The pool was heated and the neighborhood remained quiet day and night. We can’t wait to go back.

Great location

I’ve stayed in Santa Rosa several times and I really loved the privacy of this location. The gate coming into the neighborhood kept out traffic and the private access to the beach makes this the perfect stay for in the summer. Plus you have so many great places in walking distance. The host is so thoughtful and I would give her 10/10.

Fabulous House and Host!

We LOVED our stay at this home in Blue Mtn Beach. From the minute we checked in, the owners were very accommodating and we had great communication too. They truly want you to have a wonderful experience! The beds were extremely comfortable with the softest sheets. The house is very well stocked with everything you need. I promise you will want to come back after staying at this gem.

The Perfect Getaway

We were looking for the perfect family getaway and found it. Steps to the beach, pools, short walk to food and shops, all of it private and safe, on a perfect beach. This house, the neighbors and the especially the host treated us to the vacation everyone dreams of. Renting here is a smart move!
