The main house has a downstairs bedroom with a king bed, a large closet, and a Smart TV. This bedroom has hall bath access in addition to outdoor balcony access.

The upstairs primary bedroom, king, with an ensuite bathroom, features an extra-large, double-headed walk-in shower and a double vanity. Also featured are large his-and-her closets, a 65" Smart TV, and a balcony overlooking the pool.
