Beautiful home & awesome week

We stayed in a new home for the first time in 4 years and it was awesome. The home, yard, decor and everything was just right for a fun week with our family including our two beautiful grandchildren.

Family Vacation 2025

Everything about the house was top-notch, it’s obvious that the owners did not cut any corners! The layout is extremely family friendly, the house is spacious and feels private, but also allows you to gather as a family and hang out and play games. The pool is spectacular and being on the Bayside allows for great afternoon sun as well as awesome sunsets. Communication with the owners was smooth, professional, polite, and very easy. 100% would stay again!

Family Vacation

Fantastic views and excellent property. Many annual Isle of Palms family vacations. Best house we have stayed! Loved the dock and amenities! Randy and Melissa were excellent communicators wanting your stay to be special.

Family celebration

What a wonderful weekend celebrating 4 birthdays and our wedding anniversary at this fabulous property. The space and comfort of the house were just exceptional. It is obvious that a lot of thought went into the design, layout and the amenities. We could easily have just spent our whole time at the house and will definitely be back. We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you, Melissa and Randy, for the delicious Key lime pie… very thoughtful.

Beautiful Home!

This home was incredible with plenty of room for our family. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bath and balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy the space. The view is picturesque, and even though it was cooler when we stayed, we were still able to enjoy fishing off the dock, playing golf with the simulator, and using the hot tub! Everything in this home is clean and comfortable, not to mention stylish and of great quality! We will definitely stay here again!

Family Time

Excellent house in a great location. Very peaceful and serene. The house is beautiful inside and out. The views are amazing. Great sunsets over the marsh. So many fun things to do at the house. The owners are so attentive and thoughtful. Rented several houses this was by far our favorite.

Best Rental House We've Ever Booked

We stayed for a week in June 2024, and it was incredible. The house was immaculately clean and beautifully designed and built. Every room has great views of the water and a covered outdoor deck, so you get to enjoy the scenery in bed, in the kitchen and living areas, outside, etc. 4 very nice bedrooms each with their own bath for couples, and a big bunk/play room for kids. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with quality cookware, dishes, knives, nice glassware, etc. Pool and grill area are beautiful and great for kids and adults. The owners were very gracious and welcoming, and were a joy to meet. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

Amazing!!!

The house, pool, location, and the hosts were all perfect. I wanted to celebrate my 50th birthday with a trip to Charleston but a friend suggested making Isle of Palms our home base. I’m so glad she did and we found this property! We were the first group (8 adults) to rent this brand new house and were a bit nervous it wouldn’t be ready but Missy and Randy had it ready to go with every detail accounted for. It is a stunning 5 bedroom home. All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and balconies that face the water. One of the bedrooms is an oversized bunk/game room with plenty of beds to sleep 7. We all said that we would love to return as a group with our families and take advantage of the bunk room as our kids would love it here too. The pool is lovely and we spent most our time just lounging around the pool often watching football. For a little exercise we enjoyed taking the paddle boards out on the water every afternoon. It’s a short walk to the other side of the island for a day at the beach too. It’s only a 30 minute car ride to downtown Charleston and we found it easy to get an Uber. We also rented a golf cart that we used to get around the island. I can’t say enough positive things about this vacation and Melissa and Randy’s home. It is perfect!
