Esta casa de playa fue hecha para familias con salas de estar arriba y abajo, además de terraza y porche con mucho espacio para que todos se extiendan y se diviertan.

Esta espaciosa casa familiar de playa fue renovada en 2012. Todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, encimeras de granito en la cocina, baños nuevos y una gran terraza nueva en el segundo piso con vistas para morirse. Ocean Dream está ubicado en 3002 Palm Blvd. en primera línea de playa de la Isla de las Palmas. Mucho sol, arena, viento y agua. Perfecto para amantes de la playa, observadores de tortugas, voladores de cometas y constructores de castillos de arena de todas las edades. No más arrastrar parafernalia de playa a través de calles concurridas y arena caliente para llegar al océano. Magníficas vistas del agua desde un largo porche, sala de estar en el piso de arriba y dos de las seis habitaciones. Conexión de RV para una sola RV, 50 amperios, agua y alcantarillado.

We had a wonderful ladies weekend at Isle of Palms! The house was exactly as pictured & very comfortably accommodated our large group. We all commented that we’d like to rent the place again together or with our families! Owner was also very responsive when we had to get in touch for last minute questions.

July 4th Week Family Vacation

The property was as advertised. They have made the most out of all the space in the house. We loved the screened porch. All meals and family game night was on the screened porch. Perfect location on the beach and great back yard. Kitchen is a little tight with not a lot of cabinet space for groceries. Very clean and comfortable.

Best Beach House!

Loved staying here! Perfect for a big group. Could walk to the beach or hang out in the spacious lawn or porch areas. Highly recommend!

Charleston Open Trip

We have been coming to the Charleston Open Tennis tournament for quite a few years and love staying on Isle of Palms. This was our second time staying in this house and we have already booked it for next year! Stanley is the most responsive host I have ever experienced! There was an air conditioning issue and she had folks out rapidly to address it. Plus the location just can't be beat!

Great House for Families!!

The house was exactly as described online and in the photos. The outdoor porches and open concept of the kitchen, family room and dining rooms were where we spent most of our time. Great spot for family reunions and holidays and other special occasions!!!

Wonderful place to land in Charleston!

Great property and amenities

Family of 12 stayed for a 50th anniversary celebration and the property is great! Well maintained, clean and perfectly arranged near everything, especially the beach, which is situated right off the end of their clean grass back yard. Outdoor showers and a well stocked kitchen with several fridges for all the food and provisions for a group that size. Loved it!

Pleasant Family Stay at Ocean Front 6 Bedwooms

We enjoyed our stay the week after Christmas 2023. We appreciated the thoughtfulness with which the host had anticipated many of the needs which made our stay pleasant. The house was very clean and had an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen with plenty of quality pots and pans, silverware, dishes, cups, glasses, and appliances. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was attractive and of high quality. Parking was more than adequate for our 3 cars. Unfortunately, heavy rains and flooding made it difficult to get to the beach while we were there but the views and sounds of the nearby ocean were terrific. This is an exceptional property and we highly recommend it.

Family Thanksgiving

This house was perfect for our family of 11. The kitchen was well stocked and the two refrigerators were so appreciated. The adults had their bedrooms on the main level and our teens were upstairs with their bedrooms and gathering area with sofas, TV, and small kitchen. Being on the beach and having a large backyard for games were added bonuses.

Super place to stay

We spent Wednesday through Sunday at this property for my college reunion weekend. We had our son and his family and my daughter and her family. Included a 3.5 year old grandson and an 8 month old granddaughter. The house was a great size for our crowd and could have easily accommodated more. Everything in the house was very clean and comfortable. All appliances and utilities worked well and were up to date. Cooking utensils, silverware, plates, serving pieces, glassware and cocktail glasses and wine glasses were all very nice. It felt like we were at home. Stanley was very easy to work with via email and attended to a couple of special requests very quickly. I recommend this property highly.

Best Girl’s Trip House Ever!

This was the perfect house for our group to celebrate our milestone 50th birthdays. The 6 of us ladies have been friends for over 30 years, and this house was set up beautifully for us to relax, visit, and chat. We enjoyed the screened in porch so much, with the gorgeous views of the ocean. We all had our own space, but could gather together in the common areas to visit, reminisce, and laugh! We made memories to last a lifetime. This house was so clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and was in a great location. We could easily drive into Charleston for the day, but enjoyed coming home to this relaxing home by the sea. Thank you so much Stanley for sharing your beautiful home with us. We hope to return one day.

Perfect home and location

We were 10 woman celebrating a milestone birthday from the Boston area. The house has great energy and space. The house is exactly as described and clean. We had everything we needed.The beach was fantastic along with location. The beds were comfortable and showers were great too. There are two outdoor showers which was convenient coming from the beach. The host Stanley was very responsive.

My mother and father walked the beach on the Isle of Palms when my father was on leave from the European theater in WWII. They found the prettiest spot on the island and marked in with a giant X in the sand. Then they went directly to the Beach Company and bought it...I think they paid $5,000 for it which was an enormous sum at the time. After the war they built what came to be known as a "J.C. Long House." It was a small cinder block house--3 bedrooms, 1 bath, side porch but it suited our young family just fine.

This property has been in our family since the 1040's. If you've a mind, you can read all about the history of the house in a small volume I wrote entitled, THE ISLAND THEN AND NOW. Amazon has it or you can read the house copy when you arrive.

Spectacular location, views and amenities. Upstairs and downstairs living rooms, wonderful screened porch and upper deck. Plenty of room to spread out for a multi-generational group.

Just added a new bathroom this year and a boardwalk over the dunes for easy access to the beach.
