Boys Weekend

Meet up with several friends for a boys weekend. Everyone came from different states and areas. This place worked perfect an we are looking into next years trip with same place.

Lovely Stay

The location was great! Don’t be scared if you don’t get a code to get into the house until right before 4:00. I called up VRBO and they connected me with the owner and he was so nice! I would definitely stay here again !

Overall, we were satisfied. Great location for all the kids we had with us. Our biggest overall complaint was that the property was not as clean as we expected. Looked like things were straightened up but definitely had not had any sort of deep cleaning any time recent, maybe all season. The broken lock on the gate was also a bit of an issue that wasn’t resolved even as we checked out a few days after it was reported. Overall though, the property served its purpose for the week and we had a great time with the family

Great location. I feel like a few more things should be noted in the listing and taken care of in the rental. The blinds in the master bathroom (next to the toilet) are broken and won’t lower.The floors need a real cleaning. They are very dirty. The microwave handle was completely broken off.The sliding door on the main level does not lock at all. It might be helpful to mention that the garage parking is best suited for small or compact vehicles. Our SUV would not fit with 3 other SUV’s in the garage.

Overall a great place to stay. The area was spacious, we had 9 adults and a child, we were comfortable. We were super close to the boardwalk, we were right off of it. The front gate did not work a good portion of the week, we had to pull it open, but it seemed to be working fine by the end of the week. The house had plenty of amenities, however; if you plan to cook at the house--I suggest bringing pots and pans, there was a small sauce pan and a small skillet. Overall the stay was great, and we appreciated the communication with the host, quick and prompt. Parking was a little tight, the garage was a tight squeeze but manageable. Having a large group, we had 3 vehicles. We did end up paying to park a car for the week, since the house only accommodated 2 spots and the free street parking was taken up. Overall a great place, we would stay here again.

Would come back

Would come back for the location and unit. Beds are way too noisy and also uncomfortable, especially the two queen beds, movement will wakeup any light sleeper nearby.

Week in OC

The place was very convenient and close to all things boardwalk and food related! This may sound silly but I would of liked to have some kind of cleaning supplies to just tidy up our own mess. I did love the extra space below the stairs to store all the beach supplies and cart! Also loved that there was a locked gate with a code and the front door also had a code so no keys! I would stay here again if we could. Just update the master bed and shower heads.

Best Location in Ocean City!

This townhouse is in the heart of the action on the boardwalk, just steps away from the beach and amusement park games and rides. Baltimore Avenue can be a little noisy, but after a long day of sand, sun, and fun, you'll still sleep like a baby in this nicely appointed beach getaway. Other beachgoers will be envious as they see you stroll out of your garage not even a block from the boardwalk with everything you need for a day by the ocean. It was honestly so convenient that we didn't worry about having everything we needed for the day when we departed each morning. I made several trips back for necessities as needed every day. Talbot Street Cafe is a great spot for a coffee and a bite to eat if you want to fill up before hitting the surf. Seriously could not ask for a better location or amenities for the 8 of us, including kids all the way down to 3 years old. We made a lot of great memories here and I'm sure we'll be back!

Great Location, Nice Condo, Tough Parking

The condo is very nice, the location is right off the boardwalk, and the beds, etc were very nice. It is a little tough with a large group there though. The onsite parking spot is in a shared garage with other condos and it is teeny. If you have a big American car you likely cannot fit in there. The second spot a block away is awesome though, but if you have a big group you may have to pay for parking somewhere else. The condo is very nice though. The owners should consider adding towel racks to the bathrooms. There simply aren't any and it you fill those beds upstairs there is no where to put wet towels. Management company was very responsive and the cleaning person was very nice. It you want a nice condo right near the heart of the boardwalk, this is it.
