PARKING RULES

MAXIMUM 2 CARS parking is allowed per house. Remember if you do not follow HOA parking rules you may have your car towed in and it’s 100% outside our control.
WE do not call to town in company, the HOA does it.

TO HEAT the pool and/or jacuzzi(when available) $35.00 per day minimum 3 days. Exception only for 2 nights stay: $75.00. 13.5% tax will be applied.

BBQ $80.00 per stay - Includes:
One propane refill as needed ( you may refill by self and get reimbursed or we delivery a full propane tank in up 2 hours).
The grill cleaning after your check out.

Ground Floor
The living room is open and spacious with a 6 seats sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the 65 inch smart TV. This area opens to the fully screened lanai and pool area with BBQ. There are also a half bathroom on ground floor pool area.

Dining table seats 6 and another 4 at the breakfast bar. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.

This family friendly home also offers free WIFI 200MB.

Master king bedroom is located downstairs - King size bed, SMART TV, full bathroom, shower and tub.

There are also half bathroom and laundry room downstairs.
