4 bedroom , 3 bathroom Updated in and out . Our Home is Supper clean and new in and out, our house looks amazing, new sheets, new pillows, new beds, new furniture, NEW Air Conditioning in every room, non smoking house, FAMILY VACATION HOME, smells and looks great
Enjoy an amazing vacation in the much sought after private guard gated beach community of Atami. This very clean beach home and has been updated in and out with amazing results. , New A/C & TVs in all rooms, Showers have HOT WATER, large fully furnished kitchen, high ceilings, large living room, huge covered patio with ceiling fans, oversized parking, JUST UPDATED large pool with children play area, grassy yard. You will love your stay at our amazing beach home
The space
Very clean in and out and well equipped to enjoy your stay , hot water, New Air conditioning in every room( we know its hot out side and when inside you should be cool and relaxing), New washer & dryer, Gas stove, new refrigerator. much much more. Every thing is new inside and out, plus a lot of thought, love and details have gone into this home to make it feel like the comforts of home and not just a rental home. plus the beds are new and very soft, You will be on vacation So you will enjoy your stay here. amazing views of the mountains

updated in and out, This gated home is amazing and is in a private community with 24hr security, home has modern amenities that will make your stay enjoyable. like new a/c in every room, new furniture, home is very very clean in and out. We have a caretake who does not live on property take care of exterior of home and pool

Our family stay at this place was excellent overall! We enjoyed the pool and the views. It felt very safe. We walked to the beach and were able to take nice pictures at the home and the nearby areas. We enjoyed staying at this home that allowed us to have fun and some relaxing time! Definitely recommend for families!

The house is beautiful, communication with owners was quick and easy, and when you walk down to the beach you will see an amazing sunset and find great food. Thank you for opening the doors to your home.

Amazing house

Loved this house. It was super clean, water pressure was good and they had hot water as well. AC worked amazing which was great for the heat. Overall, we loved our stay at the house. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Family Surf Vacation

We loved our stay in Atami Rancho 14. The outdoor area and pool were amazing!! The house had everything we needed for cooking etc. The gardens are beautiful and the Caretaker Chele and his wife Esmerelda are lovely. John the owner was great with communications when we needed it. There is a great beach a few minute walk that is good and has a few restaurants there. The house is also close(driving) to El Tunco/Sunzal and El Zonte for surf, restaurants and little shops. We all agreed (there was 10 of us) It was one of our best vacations!!

its close to shopping, tourist attractions, and above all the amazing beached we have our community has 2 beaches
