Rancho La Esmeralda es un Rancho vacacional privado a solo 4 minutos camiando a la playa, al llegar a la propiedad ahi esta la persona encargada que abrira el portón la propiedad cuenta con camaras de seguridad exteriores las 24/7 estacionamiento privado para 3 vehiculos y estacionamiento addicional afuera, esta hubicado a 5 minutos de Surf City, supermercados y restaurantes y diferentes lugares turísticos. Cuenta con 4 espaciosas habitaciones cada habitación tiene su aire acondicionado, 2 baños adentro de la casa y 1 baño completo afuera, Sala con aire acondicionado, Comedor y Cosina, y afuera cuenta con hamacas su piscina con Glorieta, parrilla para hacer asados solo tienes que llevar el carbon, también tiene una jardín muy espacioso y hermoso donde puedes relajarte y hacer algun pasatiempo, Fogata y juegos, un Columpio y si tu estadia es mas de 3 noches puedes hacer uso de la maquina de lavar, solo lleva lo que nesecitas de tu uso personal y
consumo.

Pros: Pool, A/C in most rooms, on-site manager, Secure, easy access to airport.Cons: No hot water, low water pressure and don’t flush while showing- no water.Long walk to beach, no beach chairs,etc. at beach - very unpopulated.Bathrooms did not have A/C and no vents.Kitchen - Poorly equipped - stove oven door wont open.Had to drive everywhere, limited shopping.

Good afternoon Thank you for staying with us. Do to the fact that El Salvador its a very Hot country its almost unlikely to find a place with hot water near the beach that is reason i dont provide hot water. Thanks for letting me know about toilet not flushing i will look in to it and correct it. 2 to 3 minutes walk to the beach its not a bad walk. The property its not beach i cant have beach chairs there beacuse no one will know that chair are for customers only and they might take them. There are plenty of stores 2 minutes walking and large supermarkets 5 minutes driving I hope you had agreat time in The most secure country in the world. Hope to see you back soon.

The caretaker for the home was great! He took great care of the home and pin pointed all the great local spots around the area. He made the stay enjoyable. The house is nice and clean. The AC were fully functional and kept us cool in the extreme heat. The pool was very well kept.

You can feel the TLC at this property. The garden is very beautiful and lush. The bedrooms are specious and well lighten. Property is about 10 min walk from the beach and not exactly swimming friendly. Our host Ana helped us with every question and eager to make sure we had a good time.

Friendliness

The rancho is a beautiful place to spend with family and friends however, Rancho does not have beach front it’s at least seven minutes walk so if you don’t mind walking then this is the place for you. The house keeper lady is very helpful and friendly made us feel very welcome the property.

Overall, the experience was positive. The property manager, who lives on the premises, was very helpful. The property was well-organized; however, one of the bathrooms was dirty, and the beds were extremely firm, making them uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, since we stayed for a period of 8 days, we were informed that we needed to provide our trash bags and toiletries. This requirement was not mentioned in the property listing.

I sincerely apologize for the oversight regarding the bathroom cleanliness and will address this with our cleaning team immediately to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Regarding the firmness of the beds, I understand comfort can vary from guest to guest, since I have one of the best bed brands! But as I mentioned, comfort can vary from guest to guest. I appreciate your honesty. I'm sorry the trash bags and toiletries weren’t clearly communicated in advance. I’ll update our listing to clarify what’s provided so future guests know what to expect for longer stays. The place is perfect but I did have a hard time communicating with the host. Another problem was getting the password for the wifi. The host wasn’t was not available to talk to, if it wasn’t for Francisco and Consuelo we would have no service even though it says “free wifi” on the amenities. I had to send a screenshot so could believe that she was advertising free wifi but wouldn’t share the password. Thank you Francisco for being a wonderful person.
