Welcome to our newest contemporary apartment, the perfect choice for professionals visiting San Diego for work. Our space is conveniently located just minutes from downtown offices and convention centers, and is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to stay productive and comfortable during your stay. Whether you're in town for a conference or just looking for a quiet place to work remotely, our apartment provides a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city

We will respect guest privacy but will be at hand if there are any questions or issues!

You will have access to the whole apartment!

Our apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with a cozy living space, beautiful king bed, and a well-appointed kitchen.

Although we are unable to offer parking, there is an affordable overnight lot close by. Whether spots are available depends on demand. We know of multiple lots in the area and are happy to provide recommendations upon booking.

Walk Score is a 93/100. Gaslamp and Petco Park are very close by! We recommend walking or using Uber/Lyft.

PLEASE NOTE:

- If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover, it may be delayed up to 6 pm. Please check with us after booking to confirm your check-in time.
- Parking is not included.
- This apartment is on the 2nd floor. Access requires guests to use stairs.
- We do not offer cable at this property.
- Pack n' play available upon request > Guest must request it prior to arrival day to check for availability!
- As our property is located in downtown San Diego, it's important for guests to be aware that they may witness the presence of the cities homeless population, as well as occasional noise from traffic and construction. While these aspects are outside of our control, we take guest safety and comfort seriously, and will make every effort to ensure a pleasant stay.

San Diego Vacation

The space was awesome and laid out nicely. The only negative for us was the street noise. That had nothing to do with the rental or management, both were great!!

Perfect for my needs

This apartment was the perfect place for my needs. I was in town for a conference but did not want to pay the expensive hotel and parking fees. While it was a little bit of a walk to the convention center, it didn't bother me (and was also close to shuttle service pickup). I was able to find reasonable parking nearby with in/out privileges using SpotHero. This place was convenient to many of the sites around the harbor such as the Maritime Museum, USS Midway, Seaport Village, Petco Park, the Gaslamp Quarter, and the San Diego Central Library. There are transportation options such as the buses, trolley, or FRED service. The only warning I have is that there are a lot of homeless people around this part of the city. I never felt unsafe and the majority did not try to interact with me. I had been to the city several years ago and did not remember this being as much of a problem.

Dirty, Disappointing, Rude & Inattentive

My husband & I came to San Diego to celebrate his Birthday & watch the Yankees play the Padres. We requested an early check in, but we’re not accommodated - cleaners needed more time. I understood. My disappointment started when we arrived & found the property surrounded with homeless ppl, trash & room was visibly not clean. Floors covered in dirty footprints with sticky residue. The bed was sloppily made to look like it was clean. Sheets had large blood marks on them with long black hairs. The condition of the bedding was completely unsanitary. I got in contact with the number provided & sent them pics of what we found. They assured me the condition of the property did not meet their standards. Because we had tickets, we were forced to get ready in the mess. We left for the game & were told the room would be cleaned while we were away. When we arrive back to the property, we found the only thing that was touched were the sheets. The rest was still dirty. We reached out to the contact for the 2nd time & provided pics to let them know we were not satisfied & that we were going to look for a different place to stay. I received no reply. I replied with 2 other msgs & even called & left a voicemail when we got home 2 days later. When my call was finally returned, I was refused any money back. I was blamed & told it was my fault that I didn’t try to further resolve the issue. They even encouraged me to write a review, despite my clear dissatisfaction. Don’t risk your money.
