• Bedroom 4 / Playroom (Mezzanine Level) – Doubles as a playroom and extra bedroom with a daybed that converts into a double. Includes TV, beanbags, foosball table, Lego station, board games, dart board, jigsaws, and books. (Note: open mezzanine design, no door for full separation.)
