Welcome to Harbourview Hideaway, nestled in the lovely marina & golfing community of Fairfield Harbor, New Bern, NC. This one-bedroom unit offers the perfect space if you are boating in or in town for a golf trip. Located close to Downtown New Bern, it's a gem if you're popping in for a special event or taking in a full vacation. Enjoy this location & all the amenities included at the Community Center in FFH. Harbour Point Golf Club is open to the public & very close to unit!

Guests have use of entire unit and balcony area.

**We ask that all Guests are registered and that the Vacation Rental Agreement has been acknowledged prior to receiving access code to rental. **

Check-out time is 10AM.

Check-out Instructions:
Wash and put away all dishes (do not leave them in the dishwasher).
Make sure all garbage is secure and remove from property. Dumpsters are located at the end of each building.
Empty the refrigerator and remove all food that you brought into the unit.
Remove all linens from beds and in the bathrooms and place in front of the wash machine.
Leave all windows and doors closed and secured.
Turn off all lights and leave thermostats set on 74 degrees.
