The cabin was wonderful! We booked it to get ready for my wedding & it was perfect! The hosts were super accommodating and let us have a late check out too which was SUPER helpful! Definitely would stay again!

Peaceful getaway!

Perfect little cozy cabin for an amazing getaway! We were able to just relax and enjoy our time together with zero distractions. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was comfortable and cozy. It was just what we were looking for in a weekend get-a-way. Everything was easy to find and the cabin was clean. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

My girlfriend and I have been to Madison a few different times so we knew what to expect but this was actually a new expeircence very quiet area and its very close to the city so it doesnt take too long to get there, its a great place

Great cabin

Great spot. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet. About a 10 minute drive to Madison. Really a perfect spot for a couple’s get away for the weekend. We will definitely return.

Cozy cabin

The cabin was very nice. Clean and had everything that we needed. Very quiet and relaxing which is what we were looking for. Who ever did the remodeling did very nice work. Proximity to Madison and shopping was terrific. The only downfall was a couple of the properties on both sides of the driveway to the cabin were quite unkept. Not the fault of the cabin owners. The house behind the cabin was very nice and well kept.

Weekend get away

We loved the cabin and location even though there was a home right behind us. The cable/wifi gave us a hard time but thats ok. I also got engaged to my high school crush that i reconnected with 30 years later

Very peaceful

Property was just as presented. Located out of the busyness of the town and very quiet and therefore relaxing. Very easy to get to downtown Madison, only took about 10 minutes. Would absolutely book this property again.

Really nice place!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a place that was not in town. We wanted to be away in a quiet place, but close enough that it didn’t take a long time to get back to all that the town and the park offered. This place was ideal! Also it was clean, well kept and had all we needed. One thing to note: the bed was VERY soft. That’s not our preference, but that’s a personal preference. Don’t let it take away from the overall review. The place was terrific!

Nice and cosy

Very clean and well stocked with kitchen items, etc. Needed: A loose leaf binder or something to give details on heating/cooling Tell user to bring their hotspot. Tell user to bring a TV antenna for local channels. Post on listing to make sure they get to the property the easy way. Otherwise, a great stay.

The cabin was awesome

Our stay was perfect, my partner and I stayed here as a nearby spot to watch the solar eclipse as part of our road trip and to avoid the traffic afterwards. The host was very nice and accommodating. We had no issues with anything and even though there was a house right behind us, we weren't bothered. Another review mentioned an issue with the hot water during showers but my partner and I didn't notice anything. We usually both take about 15 mins and the water kept hot. Other than that. We had everything we needed.

Cozy Cottage in the woods

My Husband & I rented this little cabin in the woods for Regatta weekend & absolutely were blown away by how close to downtown, beautiful & peaceful it is. The property owner let us know its a fairly new structure so the internet had not yet been supplied to the cabin. We didn’t mind because we had a busy weekend scheduled anyway. While there we took full advantage of the huge covered porch with the twin rocking chairs listening to the birds & watching it rain. We were so happy we took the chance and booked this hidden treasure. :-)

Nice get away.

Overall the cabin was really cozy, but a few things could improve the experience. First, know that there is a house very near to the cabin, but never heard a thing from them. The mattress is super soft and over its prime. You end up in the "dent" in the middle. Wifi/tv steaming is not reliable so bring a cord to plug you phone into the tv to watch what you want. Hot water ran out on my wife both days, she even turns the water off as she showers. These are really minor and we did enjoy our stay. Just to make yall aware.
