2. 5 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños, 6 personas, 1.300 Sqf, ascensor, aire acondicionado, orientación sur en una zona peatonal.

Este apartamento recién renovado de 1300 pies cuadrados se encuentra en un edificio moderno al lado del museo de arte moderno (Centro Pompidou), en un piso alto, con orientación sur. Todas las ventanas son de doble acristalamiento y la prueba de sonido (aunque no hay mucho ruido en esta zona peatonal, para empezar!).

2 habitaciones con camas king size, más un sofá cama grande proporcionan alojamiento para 6 personas.

Todo el lugar ha sido renovado en su totalidad por un arquitecto.

Cuenta con un ascensor y un ático de 1.000 pies cuadrados con una parrilla, sillas, mesas largas, flores, etc, etc ....

Un estado del arte sistema de aire acondicionado se ha instalado para el verano y hay un sistema de calefacción central para el invierno.

Internet con WiFi está proporcionado con una velocidad de 30 MB; hay más de 200 canales de televisión disponibles en una marca nueva televisión UHD, con acceso a Amazon Prime películas y series, incluyendo Netflix. Un sistema de sonido está disponible en la sala de estar.

La cocina tiene un microondas, una parrilla, un horno, una nevera, un congelador, un lavavajillas, una lavadora / secadora para la ropa, una plancha y una máquina de café espresso, además de la máquina de café por goteo.

En la sala de estar, hay una mesa grande donde se puede sentar al menos 6 personas y un balcón también.

Hay dos baños y un área de aseo.

The apartment is as the photos show, except that the outside patio is even better than it appears - it is large, comfortable, beautifully landscaped and private. Our host, Marcello was present to greet us and show us the features of the apartment. He remained accessible throughout our stay. The location is very central and convenient, but the apartment itself is quite quiet.

This was the perfect apartment for my family. Marcello was an amazing host who answered every question we had and provided such an easy experience. The location was perfect. We were able to easily hop on the metro or walk to so many places. The rooftop terrace was the perfect place to enjoy the wonderful spring weather.

The property was in a great location and very clean however the primary bedroom did not offer any privacy and the en-suite had no lock. It was difficult to fall asleep with guests in the loft. The bed was super comfortable but the towels and limited lighting in the bathrooms and rooms were disappointing. Marcello was very nice and communication was great.

Sometimes it’s speechless what people dare to write especially when you compare to their behavior at the house . The review is not surprising as this guest was already complaining prior to her arrival but also very dishonest as all pictures showed Japanese curtains in the master bedroom and the second bedroom is totally separated and closed. Additionally , We had to carefully collect multiple bags of garbage as she didin’t follow the rules about recycling and we had to wear protective gloves or appropriate equipment, trying to avoid injuries. This caused significant discomfort, stress, and disruption to the cleaning as we had a guest arrival in the afternoon. I don’t mention the blood stain on the cover bedsheet and the lack of communication. I dropped off new towels which she hasn’t used and don’t even say a thank you. As unbelievable as it seems she has allowed herself to break my lock and get into my private belongings just for a roll of kitchen tissue …… Not at all a trustworthy person !

Well - took my son to Paris for Spring break. Spectacular accommodations (mom booked it). Main floor has a bedroom and master sleeping room - not completely walled off but private and very luxurious. My bed (master) was a king (or bigger) and was very comfortable. Spacious and luxurious bathroom - tub & separate shower. I assume son’s bedroom/bed was comfortable. Definitely not a small bedroom and it had a separate bathroom. Kitchen was first rate and stylishly appointed. The upstairs provided a separate living area and outdoor entertainment space. We really didn’t use it much because we were in town but, like the rest of the apartment it had great style and appeared comfortable. Definitely coming back! Oh - almost forgot - the owner, Marcello, was fantastic to work with and he helped us with a number of local venues.

Marcelo was a great host and apartment was a very nice space for 2 couples, and the outside deck on the top floor was wonderful. Great restaurants close by as well as walking distance to many famous Paris historic sites.

This apartment was perfectly clean and easily accommodated our group of 5. It is located within easy walking distance of Paris attractions such as the Louvre museum, and the shopping and restaurant options are endless. Marcello was a great host - he met us near the apartment and was super helpful getting us into the apartment. We recommend this apartment without reservation.

Sister Trip

The apartment was perfect for our three sisters trip. The beds were super comfortable, our host was most accommodating and helpful. We took advantage of the roof top garden every night. And the location was amazing with markets and restaurants nearby and all serving delicious food. The experience was wonderful and we highly recommend this lovely property.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for myself and friends. The location is right in the heart of the heart of the Marais. Marcello, the host, was a dream to work with. He was very accommodating to our needs and requests. The unit was immaculate. After a day of touring, it was so nice to come back to the unit and enjoy the terrace with wine and snacks. If I come back to Paris, I will definitely reserve this unit again. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone wanting to spend time in Paris.

The apartment is in a great location. Shops and restaurants are steps away. It is within a 2 or 10-minute walk of several lines of the Metro providing easy access to sights and monuments. Beds in both bedrooms are very comfortable. Large bedroom has limited privacy but was not an issue for our group. Ample kitchen supplies with Nespresso machine, which was all we needed to get our day started. The owner, Marcello, was excellent to work with and very helpful and responsive. Enhanced our 5-night stay in Paris.

Just stayed at Marcello’s place for 5 nights and it was wonderful. It was spacious and had everything we needed. I was impressed by Marcello’s attention to details - there were guide books to read, recommendations, a binder with directions, umbrellas, laundry soap, and even adapters for our phones! My husband and I stayed with our two adult children, and it was so nice to have 2 bedrooms and bathrooms so that we all had our own space. Thanks to Marcello’s for being a great host!

Marcello was a great host. He was friendly, informative, and detail-oriented. We had a walk-thru on the rental and were given information about the neighborhood. The location was great for walking around even late at night; lots of restaurants, pharmacy, and supermarkets. It's also walking distance to various attractions with metro station at the corner. It was very quiet in the rental even when it's noisy outside. We had a comfortable stay. Thank you Marcello!
