Nice, well kept property. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for our family to be able to cook a few meals. Unit was very clean and had clean smell when we arrived. Very close proximity to the pool and tennis courts. There is a nice hiking trail tucked away in Pointe Royale that was a plus for me. Dropped one star for the following: Living room has a maximum seating of 4, which left a member of our party of 5 to sit on a dining room chair or on the floor while we watched movies. It was not comfortable for longer periods of time. There were also not enough washcloths. If the unit sleeps 6 people, I would expect at least 12 total washcloths so you only have to wash towels every other day. Finally, there is no one to contact for a non-emergent maintenance issue on weekends. The only bulb in the shower/toilet area of the master bathroom went out, and there was no one to contact until Monday morning.

Super clean place, well appointed kitchen with Cuisenart stainless steel pans. Cute place, nicely decorated, not as big as the pictures make it seem. The recliner was a battle to get the foot stool to recline. Like the 3 little bears the king size bed was much too soft and the queen size bed was much too hard. The fold out couch wasn’t very comfortable. The double screen porches were very nice and would have been used a lot more if it wasn’t so hot during the stay.

Golf Trip

This condo was clean, nicely decorated and updated, fully stocked kitchen, two porches for extra space, a game cupboard, and right across the street from a golf course, exercise room, indoor & outdoor pools, and pickleball courts! Such a great getaway!

Great accomodations!

We loved this home. It came with everything we needed. The pool and clubhouse was easy walking distance. The only downside for us were the beds. They are very firm. In addition the master bed made noise if anyone rolled over. So if you are a light sleeper and your partner tosses and turns you should sleep in the other bedroom.

This was the cleanest rental we have stayed in and the best stocked kitchen. The only disappointment was the living room furniture was not very comfortable, but I have to say it really never is anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

Loved the property. Exactly as it was shown. Perfect for the kids walking back and forth to the pool and pickleball courts. There wasn’t any dishwasher detergent to use as checkout stated or a fine, but we were able to borrow some from a neighbor.
