Plymouth Poolhouse

The Plymouth Poolhouse is the perfect spot for your visit to America's hometown! After the pool being down for renovations over the 2022 season, we are excited to announce the pool is open and looking better than ever for the 2023 season! The Plymouth Poolhouse is located conveniently near multiple local beaches, less than 10 minutes from Cape Cod, Sagamore/Bourne Bridges and 15 min from downtown Plymouth where you'll find great sights, restaurants and nightlife.

Feeling lazy? No problem, kick back and enjoy a day of grilling and lounging by the beautiful inground pool! The outside patio area was made to entertain with an extra large outdoor sectional seating area under a beautiful gazebo, propane fire table, grill, lounge chairs and of course the gorgeous newly renovated in-ground pool!

The Front of the home offers a large driveway that can accommodate multiple vehicles off street. Also, you will find a fenced in kids area where your child can play safely.

- 7 Minutes from cape cod canal where you can go for a nice walk or bike ride to Scusset beach or stop along the canal for some delicious seafood and great views! Watch the boats pass by!

-Visit the various beaches on or off cape cod that are conveniently located nearby! Don't worry, A book is provided to help you navigate your way to all the local beaches and about the parking provided!

- Historic Plymouth is an easy 15 minutes away where you can explore the area and learn the history of America's Hometown! Don't forget to check out all the great restaurants, nightlife or even the rock jedi of Plymouth harbor!

- Plan a day to visit the islands! The Ferries to both Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are only a 30min drive away.

-Have a Movie Night! Use our projector equipped with a Roku stick to stream your favorite movie/tv shows for a movie theater like experience on a screen bigger than 100"!

-Take it easy and enjoy a pool day, grilling, swimming and lounging in the sun or under the brand new gazebo. At night, grab your favorite drink and light up the fire table for a relaxing evening. Make sure you take a look up and check out the stars at night!




-Room Descriptions

Master bedroom(Upper level): Queen size bed, 42” Roku Tv, walk in closet, 5 drawer dress and double dresser, ceiling fan.

Bed room #2 (Upper level): Full size bed, 20” Roku Tv, closet, Double dresser, ceiling fan.

Bedroom#3(Lower level): Queen size bed, 50” Roku Tv, closet, shelving, ceiling fan, couch and coffee table just outside room.

Living room: Offers a 70" Roku TV with installed sound bar, Large sectional sofa, ottoman and electric fireplace. Please take note that none of the couches in the home pull out into beds.


*We do not offer app subscriptions on Roku TVs but feel free to log into your favorite app to watch your favorite movie/show. Just remember to log out before leaving!

Agreement for Use Of Pool

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, BY BOOKING A RESERVATION AT THIS PROPERTY, YOU CHOOSE TO WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE.

The guest who makes the reservation to stay at this property understands that by swimming in the vacation home pool, they recognize and fully understand certain things, including:
- At no time is there a life guard on duty, you (the renter) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay.
- The guests use of the pool facilities during their stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to: The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment; The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area; The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers colliding; The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool.
- The guests recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks; the list only provides examples of types of risks that the guests would be assuming.

In exchange for the Owner of the "Plymouth Poolhouse" property allowing the guests to utilize the pool and areas during their stay, the guests hereby agrees to the conditions below. The guests fully intend and choose to give up the legal rights, as stated below:
1) TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that the guests have or may have in the future against the owner or any affiliate relating to the guests use of the pool and pool area.
2) TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other cost that the guests may suffer or the guests next of kin may suffer in connection with their use of the releasees pool or pool area to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEEES.
3) TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability to property, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from the use of the pool or pool area
4) That the guests are/is over the age of 18 and that they are responsible and will adhere to all the rules of the property.
5) That this waiver, release, and agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and biding upon the guests, and their heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on the guests behalf of their estate
