Equipped with top of the line finishes, this architecturally distinctive home is a wonderful example of style and functionality. Open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with wall to wall, floor to ceiling glass open to the pool and views of the entire L.A. basin out to Catalina Island and downtown LA.
The primary suite has a spacious terrace and a fireplace. The entire roof is an amazing outdoor entertainment paradise, complete with an outdoor kitchen, al fresco dining, a spacious cabana, fire features and a large, custom, hot tub and out door shower.
It’s important to note, noise travels and respect for our neighbors quiet enjoyment is important. Music must remain indoors after 10pm til morning and at a reasonable level outdoors during the daytime Neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it’s crucial that everything is at a reasonable and respectful level at all times. We can’t have complaints of loud music, guests being loud while entering/leaving the property in the street, or people hanging out by the pool being too loud. It’s important to be mindful of this while booking.
