For groups larger than 12 up to 36, we have adjoining homes in the same neighborhood available as well.The home is 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms and features an expansive 800 sq.ft. private rooftop deck complete with BBQ, comfortable lounge seating, and outdoor dining, offering the perfect setting to unwind and soak up the city's lively atmosphere. Enjoy the convenience of brand new furnishings and appliances, a two-car garage, washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi during your stay. This home is perfectly situated in the heart of West Nashville, with several popular bars and restaurants just a short walk away. You can stroll over to spots like SandBar for casual drinks and beach vibes, or head to nearby places like Corner Pub, Otto’s Bar, or The Nations Bar and Grill for great cocktails and a laid-back atmosphere. • Late arrivals after 8 PM are still welcome, but live assistance may be limited.
• Local residents must message before booking. Non-inquiry local bookings may be canceled without refund.
• If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 3% processing fee. This does not apply to HVMB reservations.
