Stay at Manai Condominiums
I booked this property for my employers and their friends. Check in was easy, property was fine for what we needed. The friends who ended up also being there brought their service dog, which I was not aware of when booking the property. A little more than 24 hours after checking in, I received a call asking us to vacate the property immediately due to the service dog. I notified my employers (who were out testing their speedboat for the Ocean City Grand Prix), found everyone a new place to stay, and they were okay with having to leave. Five minutes later I received another call that we needed to vacate the property within the hour and there would be additional charges for deep cleaning. Again - not a problem with the additional charges and we would do our best to vacate in that time period, however, they were out and would hurry back to pack and leave. I then, within minutes, get another call but it seemed to be accidental. I could hear my employers being badmouthed by the property manager and stating they "better get over there now so I can see them get their s**t out myself". I felt that we were doing our best to vacate with short notice (which they were out within the hour given) and there was no pushback on our end. Two days later, the bill came for the deep cleaning and it was paid immediately. It was unfortunate I wasn't aware a service dog would be staying at the property but it was very unprofessional to overhear what was being said about my employers.
