A newly updated apartment that is so homey. Just the right space for you alone or a small group of four. This home is bright with lots of color and ready for fun.
This space has a full kitchen, so that you can cook anything you would like. It has a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. All the amenities of home.

Snacks, bottled water, internet, Netflix, Hulu, ESPN and Disney Plus await you in this cute little get away. You can kick back and have a relaxing night watching movies on your own 60` inch Smart TV.

Or you can take the day out sight seeing the beautiful mountainous and desert scenery that surround you. Within 20 minutes in all directions from this home, you will find beautiful scenery and hiking trails. Enjoy the beautiful Price Canyon, or the beautiful 9 mile canyon.
This home is Just 12 minutes away from Downtown Helper City, a magical step back in time. a must see while you are here.
There is a water park, a huge playground and even a free arcade for children in Price City, literally five to 10 minutes away. My grandkids love these things here.

Add your pet to your booking, and for a small cleaning fee, your furr babies can stay with you . Each pet does need approval from host. There will be treats, a water dish and food dish for them.

You have access to the full bottom floor of the home and the back and front yards. The only laundry facilities for the full home, is in your space. There may be other guests that want to use it. We will schedule a time that is good for you to allow that access, as they will walk through your kitchen space briefly.

Home is Located on Highway 10, so there are some neighbors with farms. There are also neighbors without farms. There is a home on both sides of this little getaway, however the backyard is very secluded. We have a patio that is currently getting an update. Something to keep in mind for future visits.

There is plenty of parking at this property for RV`s and smaller vehicles. We do ask that you please do not park in front of the garage as we need to get in there for routine maintenance of the home.

The upstairs of this home is a 2 bedroom Air bnb. If you would like access to both or think that a 2 bedroom may suit your needs more, please inquire for more details. If you would like both: it would be a three bedroom, two bath, two living rooms, and two kitchens. great for holiday entertaining, and leaving the mess to us.
It will be a pleasure to host you. We thank you in advance for following the house rules and being respectful of the space.
There is no smoking in the home, or within 15 feet of the front or back doors. Please do so in the back yard. This does include inhaling as you are walking out also.

We do allow pets, but they do need to be approved by Natalie beforehand and do need to be added to the booking at the time of booking as their is an extra cleaning fee of $45. Please note that you are responsible for any messes or damage to home, property or person inside or around the home brought on by your pet. This includes both Inside and outside of the home. Please clean up after their bathroom breaks inside of the home and outside of the home. Animals also need to be approved with Natalie prior to stay.
Please be mindful of other guests with the noise that you make after 10:00 pm.
Please there is no parking in front of either garage door, as we need access to those doors for maintenance of the home.
Events are allowed, if cleared with Natalie beforehand.
1. THE PERSON MAKING THE RESERVATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES DONE TO THE HOME BY ANY GUEST, IN THEIR PARTY. IT`S BEST TO STAY IN THE HOME WITH THE GUESTS. IF YOU CANNOT STAY WITH THE GUESTS, YOU MAY BE ASKED FOR A LIST OF THE NAMES OF ALL GUESTS OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE, STAYING THERE.

2. FIREARMS ARE PERMITTED, BUT ARE TO BE KEPT INSIDE YOUR LOCKED VEHICLE, AT ALL TIMES, OR IN THE HOME, ON A TOP SHELF, AWAY FROM CHILDREN. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TAKEN OUT OF HOLSTERS OR CARRYING CASE, IN THE YARD.


3. PETS ARE PERMITTED. THEY NEED TO BE ON A LEASH WHILE THEY ARE OUTSIDE, AND IN A PET CRATE, AT NIGHT, WHILE INSIDE. THEY ARE NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED, AT ANYTIME. IF YOU NEED TO LEAVE, PLEASE FIND A PET SITTER.

4. CHILDREN PLAYING OUTSIDE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
