Guests have full access to the entire upstairs living space and the spacious yard. Please note that there is a long-term renter in the basement apartment. They have a completely separate entrance and address, and there is no interior access between the two units—each space is entirely private.

We kindly ask that you respect their privacy, avoid blocking their driveway or walkway, and do not obstruct their vehicle access. Your cooperation ensures a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

We’re happy to offer early check-in or late check-out when available for $25 per hour. If you're interested, please let us know as early as possible so we can accommodate your request based on availability.
