Casa frente al mar de 3 dormitorios con hermosas vistas! Acceso a la playa es de 100 metros de su puerta de entrada. Esta casa tiene una sala de observación que se siente como un barco en el mar durante la marea alta! También una sala de estar con piedra de ágata y arco de chimenea que da a las olas y la playa. No hay brechas de una sola noche de junio a septiembre. tiendas de diversión, restaurantes y películas son un paseo cerca. Sentar en la cama con el sonido del océano por la noche. Explora las marismas cercanas, volar cometas o construir castillos de arena por día. Románticos disfrutarán de la madera de pino y una decoración acogedora en todas partes. La mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 6 con vistas de surf y arena y Wifi.

Seamist on the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location and the dining area was the favorite place for us to settle in and watch the waves. Great weather and fun to watch all the people and cars on beach. Home was cozy and welcoming. Only complaint was we didn't realize how many stairs, in and out of the house there were.

This was a lovely place to stay. Everything was as listed. The laundry wasn’t usable because they were waiting for a part for the dryer, but we made an outing of it by going to Newport and doing the wash! We would definitely come back again!

Pro's: Location is primo, right on the beach, overlooking interesting tide-pools. Safe concrete staircase down to beach a couple houses away. Location is 13 blocks north of D River beach state park, and a block west of hwy 101 on a residential street. Good parking on-site. Cool remodeled 1929 cottage, with window views that go on forever. Comfy furniture (beds are a mixed bag), nice towels. Enough basic kitchen stuff and working dishwasher/fridge/stove/coffee-maker/toaster. Listing shows 2 bedrooms and 2 baths; there are actually 3 bedrooms (one with a sofa-bed, didn't try out), and 3 bathrooms (all 3 with toilet/sink and either shower or shower/bath combo). Gorgeous stone floor-ceiling gas fireplace with timer (timer was a bit cranky but we figured it out). Con's: All of the downstairs window shades in the bathrooms/bedrooms are in need of replacement. Some have lost their cords and cannot be raised. Replacement is on the owners' agenda this winter. Housekeeping mostly OK, but I left a note for the cleaner to work on the stove hood's underside's grease. Dusty glassware in living room (but I found the Windex and paper towel and cleaned it myself). Downstairs main bath needs caulking removed, mold treated, and recaulking. Stairs to the upper level are a steep adventure, as are the stairs to the basement washer/dryer (where you're requested to load towels/sheets on departure). One of our party picked up a splinter in her hand from the outdoor handrail. 9/10

The listing doesn’t do this little gem justice. The view is unbelievable, honestly… panoramic views in both directions, and the house is located in the middle of a 7 mile stretch of beach, so you can walk miles in both directions. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. Nice, comfortable beds with nice linens and towels. And the house is full of little touches you don’t expect but make it feel like home… a small, cute basket of tub toys in the upstairs bathroom… two footstools with cozy, cotton blankets in front of the beach view loveseat… cozy gas fireplace in the living room, great smelling soap, etc… fantastic little touches that made this stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You simply can’t beat the view - seriously. Panoramic view of the Lincoln City beach, and you can literally walk miles in both directions. Not only was this little house comfortable and well appointed, but they’ve thought of all the little things you don’t expect but really appreciate... like the cute basket of kids tub toys in the upstairs bathroom, or the footstools and cotton blankets near the loveseat overlooking the beach, making it the perfect spot to cozy up with a book. Small touches went a long way to enjoying our stay. Beds were both very comfortable; linens and towels were excellent. Thank you!! Highly recommend and will most definitely be back!

Amazing views and location! Kitchen well equipped. Instructions clear. Regular beds comfortable. Couch sofa bed not comfortable. Lots of rust on floor level (closet door runners, vents and etc. House decor was perfect! Overall house not super detail cleaned. Loved our time there!

The house was clean and had gorgeous views. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were cozy. Check-in was simple and quick. Many things were broken, however. Several blinds wouldn’t come down and there was one window that had a broken latch so it couldn’t open. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Views

Beautiful views, spacious home for the 3 of us. Close to shops and nice access point for the beach. Nice tide pools below home and miles of beach walking. Nice WiFi coverage in the home.Overall a great home with unbelievable views of the ocean.We had a fairly common Tsunami warning while staying in the home. The leasing company was kind enough to contact us and give us instructions for evacuations if needed. This was way above and beyond what we have ever experienced with a leasing company. Huge kudos to A-1 beach rentals. A few issues we experienced, loose step (second from last step) in the steps to go down to the home, very dangerous and unsafe. Liability issue should be repaired immediately. Trash and drug paraphernalia at the parking area up top above home. Wife was going to pick up trash but came across a glass pipe and didn’t proceed. No fault of the property, but it was an issue for us, we had second thoughts about safety of car up there after that. Although we decided to adhere to the customer cleaning policies, because we are clean people in general. We also felt it should be part of the cleaning fee we paid for the rental. As it stands starting laundry and a load of dishes only saves the leasing company money as the cleaners spend less time on the clock doing what we paid for. Most blinds in the home did not work.Overall it was a nice home and definitely a solid selection if you want to be around people and be close to shopping, groceries and eating out.

Better than the pictures!

Nothing compares to the view from this house! The window seating area was to die for and just extremely peaceful. I went with 3 friends and it was so comfortable and had just what we needed. It was quick beach access and beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend!

Our stay was OK I never realized just how densely populated the coast of Oregon is. I thought it was going to be somewhat rough and wild like Northern California where I used to live. The house was basically OK although there were some issues. It’s a lot of money to pay per night when things are not totally correct. For example, in the upstairs bedroom, there was no shade on one of the wall windows. Therefore, the sun would come blazing in at 5 AM in the morning. The shower in that upstairs room did not work properly. A lot of the water was draining out through the bathtub spigot and there diminished water pressure from the showerhead. One of the attractions with renting that house was that it was right on the beach and it was. But when it’s cold and foggy, you wanna sit in the living area and it was impossible to see out the windows because they were caked with sea mist so you couldn’t even see the ocean. It looked like they had not been cleaned in a very long time. Also, when all the windows are closed, the wind from the Pacific hits that house and all you hear is a vibration sound as the wind passes through the venting system. So you can’t even listen to the crash of the waves unless you keep windows open or doors open, which makes the house very cold because it is chilly by the ocean.The back door leading to the patio was stuck and had to be kicked from the bottom in order to open it. The chairs on the outside patio were very cheap hard plastic and very uncomfortable.
