Your getaway awaits! This home is loaded with amenities inside and out. Our home is designed for comfort, relaxation and fun! Whether you enjoy reading a book sitting on the front porch, BBQing on the back patio or watching your favorite movie this home has it all. Enjoy your time at the beach or opt to spend the day poolside. Two en-suites with a total of five bathrooms + an outdoor shower. We are located in the resort community of Ocean View Beach Club ("OVBC"). The house is 1.5 miles from the beach and only 3 minutes from the OVBC pool!
Bethany offers beautiful beaches and charming town that brings people back. Located a short drive to several area golf courses, Ocean City Maryland, Rehoboth Beach and Lewes and incredible Assateague Island where wild horses run free!. This is a vacation spot that offers something for just about everyone. Book today and see for yourself why so many come back year after year.

*Pool, clubhouse including gym, PICKLE BALL COURT, pool tables and poker tables are **available for an additional fee $35 per person for the week of your stay to be paid to clubhouse attendant at time of stay (children 6 and under are free of charge).

** Adult must accompany children at pool as there is no Lifeguard.

Our family absolutely loved the house! It was beautiful, lots of space, very clean and an easy walk to the pool and fitness center. The neighborhood was peaceful and we could ride bikes with the kids. Also, very easy drive to Bethany Beach and the boardwalk. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a great time in Ocean View and the house was wonderful. We had a large extended family gathering with 2 sets of grandparents, 3 kids between 2-9, their parents and a set of parents to be. It was close to the beach (5 min) and the pool was only a couple blocks, easily walkable.A couple small issues arose and the property manager was very responsive. We highly recommend this property and development.

Great vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Very close walk to the clubhouse. There was not a playground in the neighborhood for our children but several really great ones close enough to the house. We loved the kitchen and fenced in backyard. We recommend the area and working with the owners!

Great time!

My family and I were pleasantly surprised when we entered where we were staying. It was Large, clean and A nice backyard for the children. Inside had all the comfort of your own home, with plenty of cooking utensils, and dishes, and the beds were comfortable as well. We loved the location as it was walking distance to the pool area and about a 3 to 5 minute drive to the beach. We look forward to staying there again next year!

We had the best stay ever at this house. We have rented several properties and Steve's house surpasses them all, It was very clean and the description was exactly as stated. Bethany Beach Retreat

This beautiful house was exactly as listed. It was spacious for our multigenerational family to spread out. One of the many walk-in closets was big enough for the Pack N Play for the youngest to be in the room with his parents. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could think of. The community pool was lovely.

Beautiful house in Bethany

We had a wonderful family vacation in Bethany Beach. The house was absolutely gorgeous. The host did everything he could to make our week memorable. If you want to have a fabulous vacation on the eastern shore, I would definitely stay in this house. Easy access to Rehobeth beach, Dewey Beach, and Ocean City. The house is also away from any foot traffic, and there’s a beautiful pole within three minute walking distance.

Another wonderful Bethany Beach vacation!!

This was our second year in a row at this property, and once again we had an amazing time!! It was so great to work with Steve again. Communication with him is on point; and the house was pristine when we arrived! Our party included 6 adults and 5 kids, and there was room to spare! The kids love the bunk room and the adults loved having their own space. The kitchen/dining area was a perfect size for our family meals each day and the living room was where we all decompressed at night. We looked forward to coffee on the porch each morning and grilling out back at night! We are so excited to book again next year!! Thank you Steve for hosting us once again!!

A great week - exceeded expectations

We usually rent a house a block from the beach, but wanted to try something different. The house and the community were very nice. Our neighbors (also renters) were also great! The house has everything we needed and the backyard was a plus for 6 kids (ages 9-2) to run around and play. The community pool is large with a kiddie pool and multiple life guards. We went there in the afternoon after visiting the beach. It was a great alternative to spending the entire day at the beach. Driving to the beach and finding parking was not an issue. We got to the beach between 9:00 - 9:30 everyday and there was plenty of parking within a block. Even arriving between 10:00 - 11:00 parking was not an issue. The owner was very responsive to questions we had during our stay. We highly recommend this property and we will certainly return.

Wonderful week

This is our 2nd year staying at this property. We have 6 adults and 6 children under ten, and had plenty of room! The 2nd floor family room was the hangout spot for the older kids. The backyard gave the kids some room to play catch, and other games as we grilled. The neighborhood is quiet, little traffic and safe to ride bikes, which we did every night. The beach is only 5 minutes away by car, and we never had a problem getting a parking space within a block between 9:30 - 10:30AM. Even in the afternoon, there was available spaces. The pool in the community was a welcome break in the afternoon. The younger kids like "playing" at the beach, but "swimming" in the pool. The host responded to my text messages within minutes, always very helpful to my dumb questions. A great week, and I'm sure we'll be back in 2025.

Amazing family vacay!

This year was our first full family vacation ever, and we picked Bethany beach on the recommendation of friends. When we looked for a house this one checked all of the boxes on our list of wants and and needs. This house was pristine from the moment we walked in with ample room for our group! We enjoyed hanging out on the front porch where it was quiet and peaceful and everyone that walked by greeted you with a hello and smile. We also grilled out back for dinner and made s’mores using the fire pit! The kids enjoyed hanging in the upstairs tv space playing lots of games that were already in the house. This house has fabulous amenities and is fully stocked with the necessities for your vacation. We also loved the accessibility to the pool and clubhouse which is a 5 min walk or 1 min drive, as well as the short distance to the beach and downtown area as it was only a five minute drive! From the moment we booked, Steve has been a wonderful host, answering any and all questions and making sure we had all we needed to make the most of our week! There were a few questions once we arrived and Steve responded within minutes! We were so happy that we booked again for next year and cannot wait to come back!! Thank you Steve!!

Wonderful experience

We had a wonderful week and I can’t say enough great things about the owner, Steve! We had a group of 10 (5 mom’s and 5 daughters) rent the home. We were traveling to OC for a week long Nationals Dance competition. We were looking for a place to stay that would allow us to get a peaceful reprieve from the Competition and 4th of July week chaos. This home checked every box. It is a beautiful space that looks exactly as pictured online. Well maintained, clean and comfortable. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is beautiful and allowed us to enjoy several nights of home cooked meals as a group. The house is stocked with many amenities. The community is very nice and has a wonderful pool facility. We were able to park 3 cars at the house. The other guests parked at the clubhouse, which is a very short 2min walk. The community prefers no curbside parking. However, it was not a problem. The location is really nice and only a few minutes from downtown Bethany. Steve was wonderful from the very first conversation. He was incredibly warm, friendly and responsive. The communication was outstanding! I highly recommend this property. You can absolutely trust that Steve will ensure you have a wonderful stay! Thank you, Steve, for opening up your home to us!

Beautiful and spacious home

The home was exactly as advertised. We vacation in Bethany every year and this home was one of the nicest we have stayed in. Plenty of room for the 10 people in our group. Having two king bedroom suites was a nice added touch for the adults.. The kids all loved the bunk beds and sleeping in the same room together. The second Den upstairs was a perfect hang out spot for the kids to play video games and have their own space. The homeowners were amazing to deal with and answered all our questions leading up to our stay. We highly recommend this home.

Spacious House Close to the Beach

This was our third time staying in the community, and by far our best experience (which is saying a lot). The house was better than advertised and provided more than enough space for our family of five. Wonderful house and super host!
