We just completed a very enjoyable two week stay at this property in Feb. 2026. It was exactly as advertised: Well located in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to both downtown areas of Boyton Beach and Delray Beach.The best part was definitely a terrific outdoor space with tons of seating areas, heated pool, grill and side yard. The house is both well maintained and well appointed, with more giant TV's that we could ever watch and a strong WiFi signal, which was important as I was working remotely while visiting. If I could offer the hosts a couple of suggestions. Based on the VRBO photos I got the strong impression that the inside of the house was drenched in light and sunshine. The reality is that they used powerful professional lighting systems to capture those images. The dining room, living room and bedrooms only had table lamps and they were actually quite dim at times (especially over the dining room table). More and stronger lamps or ceiling fixtures would be a terrific addition and better match the marketing photos. Second, the bathrooms probably could use a bit of a refresh as the shower fixtures were dated, and the smaller of the two bathrooms had limited counter space and no cabinet or shelves to store toiletries. Lastly, a big shout out to Bridgett from the property management company. She was really responsive and check in with us several times during our stay. We would definitely look to stay here again.
