This is the second time we have stayed at this Vrbo location. Nice clean and quiet area. The owner is very responsive to all communications. A real pleasurable place to stay in Augusta.

The host was welcoming and available. Although he allowed for an earlier check in, we did not arrive until later in the evening. He left the light on for us, which was very thoughtful. There was plenty of toiletries and the kitchen was well stocked. The house was clean with lots of character. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt comfortable during our stay. The back yard was nice and inviting but we didn’t get to enjoy due to the much cooler weather than what we are used to. The beds were comfortable and we had more than enough space to enjoy one another and some privacy, when needed.

This is a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. The home was comfortable, clean, and well taken care of. The owner quickly responded to all my questions which was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay!

Dave was the best property manager! The check in and check out process was SO easy. One thing I loved about the check out was there wasn’t a crazy list to do before having to leave! The place was so nice, comfy, and in a quiet area!

Home away from home

Perfect location, comfortable beds, and almost immediate response from owner. The house is beautiful, much bigger than the pictures show and it is quiet and peaceful. We would love to stay again.

Wonderful Place... couldn't be nicer.

An absolutely delightful stay in a lovely home. All amenities provided, the place was immaculate. In a safe and enjoyable neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, linens were luxurious. The owner did all he could to make our stay enjoyable. Going to Augusta, you'd be happy with this place.

beautiful, spacious and safe stay for our family

This was our first time using VRBO to relocate our family after a house fire. The house was very clean and more beautiful in person. The owner had great communication & was quick to respond to any questions. Overall, our family had a really wonderful time here!

Great spot

Beautiful home very close to Augusta Country Club and a short drive to downtown Augusta. We came here to visit our son and really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and spacious with 2 large bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen. I am planning another visit to Augusta in May and have already booked this home for that stay.

Great place in a great location!

The property catches you a little by surprise - doesn't seem that big, but when you walk in it's very spacious, the kitchen is beautiful, and the backyard is big! 10/10 recommend staying here. Great location that's not far from anything. David was a great host and answered all questions. If I'm ever back in Augusta, I know where I'm staying.

Labor Day weekend

We had a fantastic stay over Labor Day weekend for our son's baseball tournament. The host was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly! The house was beautifully updated and had all the amenities we needed. We would highly recommend this property and would stay here again if we are in the Augusta area.

Cozy House in Augusta

I stayed at David's house for three nights with my wife and her sister. The house itself is gorgeous with lots of charm plus modern upgrades. The bedrooms are spacious and the rest of the house had plenty of room for us to relax and really feel at home. David was an excellent communicator leading up to and during our stay. We have family in Augusta so this is going to be our go-to place to stay.

Here for The Masters

We had a wonderful stay while we were in town for Wednesday's practice round at The Masters. The location was great and we had no issues. The home is well taken care of and very clean. It was a perfect spot to call home base! Communication with the owner was easy and efficient. We enjoyed the restaurant recommendations, too! If you need a comfortable, convenient spot while in town for The Masters, this is the home!

Great Place to Stay

Even when I enjoy staying at a place, there's usually some criticism I could come up with if I had to, but that wasn't the case here. I loved everything about the house. The kitchen is very nice, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, the wifi is nice and fast (even the upload speed!), and the host provided more for our stay than I've ever experienced with any other rental. My only regret is that it was too hot during our stay to enjoy the lovely outdoor seating areas the host has created, but I'm sure we would have liked taking advantage of those if we'd visited in the fall. I will certainly try for this house again on our next trip to Augusta.

Perfect home for Masters bucket list trip!

Where to start - GREAT LOCATION if you are attending the Masters. It was close to the course and within 10 minutes of groceries, gas, and restaurant options. BEAUTIFUL HOME - very nicely updated, on trend, home in established neighborhood. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathrooms made morning prep efficient. TVs in the bedrooms was an extra bonus I wasn’t expecting. Living room area is comfortable and has a very nice, big TV with many channel/streaming options. Washer and dryer were also available if needed. FRIENDLY, HELPFUL HOST - Host was very communicative, with many tips, and quick answers to any questions we had. Would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO!

We’d definitely stay again!

This is a charming older home, remodeled and masterfully decorated with botanicals and natural colors. It’s lovely! The details are stunning. It is very clean, very comfortable and well appointed. It couldn’t have been better for us. We would gladly stay again if we come through this area. Plenty of square footage for a group. A very comfortable couch. Everything was pleasing to the eye with so many thoughtful touches. The AC worked great and we enjoyed the sunrise out the front windows as we had our morning coffee. There’s a fun fire pit area in the backyard that we did not have vacation to use, Rainwater showerheads in both bathrooms & smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room. We would recommend this rental to you.

Historic Augusta Feel with All Amenities Included

Beautiful and comfortable restored cottage in Augusta's Summerville neighborhood. Neighborhood is a historic one and gives a feel for how how people lived before the advent of mega-developments, malls, and mobile phones. Close to Augusta's downtown attractions while also an easy drive to Evans and Grovetown in Columbia County as well. Everything inside the home was very clean and new. Wi-fi worked stress-free. Inside found all the modern conveniences needed for a short or extended stay. Communication with the property management contact was *exceptional*. Always felt David wanted to ensure I had a comfortable stay. I absolutely did. And would recommend to anyone planning business or personal travel to Augusta or Columbia County.
