This vacation rental features stunning ocean views and modern upgrades. The flat is furnished with brand-new couches, chairs, and TVs throughout. It includes a king-sized bed and a sleeper sofa, accommodating up to four guests (linens are provided). The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances, and for an additional fee, we can stock your refrigerator upon request.

This apartment is the ideal retreat for snowbirds, offering everything you need to prepare your own meals and relax. Families will appreciate the sufficient space for up to six people, as well as the numerous nearby amenities and activities. With all brand-new furnishings, we aim to make you feel like royalty during your stay. Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, the apartment is just a short distance from the Convention Center.

Just Right

This place is located in the perfect location to walk to the beach and watch the sun rise/set from the balcony. The place was spacious and clean. I would definitely rent this condo again.

NO A/C

Book a 12 night stay, the first week was good but then the A/C went out. The host (a vacation mgt. group) kept advising that the A/C Tech fixed the issue, but the unit temp was 80 to 84 degrees. We asked host if we could move to another one of their units, but they stated all they could do is give us a fan. They offered no compensation. After the 3rd night of 80 plus temps we made other arrangements and then left the unit. We filed a complaint with Vrbo and with our Credit Card.

Great stay and the best communication with the host I’ve ever received. Amazing view, very quiet and a very short and nice walk to the beach. Pool area was great as well. Definitely worth staying here if anyone is in the area!

Infested

We have been traveling to various beaches as a family for 14 years and we have never ever seen bugs at any of the places we’ve stayed. This time we decided to go through VRBO instead of our usual vacation club. I felt safe about booking something through VRBO (thinking it would be bug free too), boy was I wrong. We checked into this place and I did an initial inspection and didn’t see anything that concerned me. I didn’t move the couch, mind you. We laid down to go to sleep and my son yells that there is a bug on his bed. We run in and sure enough it’s a little roach. 5 minutes of the lights being out really brought the nest alive apparently. I immediately started texting the rental company that we paid and they kept telling me that a member of HOA would be in contact with me in the morning. I kept telling them I couldn’t stay with bugs no matter how tired I was and that I would be back home by morning. They kept telling me that “pests sometimes come in after a rainy week”. There was so much pollen outside that it couldn’t have rained in several weeks. I took a picture of every new roach we saw and sent it to them until they finally found another unit to move us to that first night. Our new unit was down the road and it was a lot cleaner. It was fresh and absolutely no bugs! I really hope this real review gets posted on this unit so that it keeps another family from having to go through what we did that first night.

Great location

This property is in a great location however the AC didn't work so we were all uncomfortable. I reached out to the host about the issue and was ignored.

Nothing but trouble with unit! Pictures and info was misrepresented on ad! Not clean, air didn’t work for the 1st week, cable was awful, bathrooms were awful, TV quit and we were without TV for 48 hours!
