All the amentities you need, pool, hot tub, small exercise room, sauna. We are a family friendly complex with Zero Tolerance rules to keep your time spent here enjoyable and carefree. There are two gulf side masters, one with a king bed and one with two queen beds. Other bedrooms have two twin beds and one with a queen bed. All bedrooms have ensuite private bathrooms. Sleeps 10. New quartz kitchen countertops and remodeled bathrooms. Seating for 6 in the dining area and seating for 8 in the outdoor dining space on the balcony. Full size new washer and dryer. There is one assigned designated parking place on the property side for this unit. One place across the street in overflow parking and parking next to that for larger vehicles, trailers, vehicles with back racks for luggage or bikes. This is available for $6 per day through an app on your phone via Panama City/Bay County. We have a Roku TV with HD Antenna for live TV. Free WIFI. No pets, No smoking of any kind or vaping in Unit.
50% at time of booking, 50% before arrival. Check in time is 4:00 pm CST and checkout is 10:00 a.m. CST. Bookings from Friday to Friday. Lessee must be 25+ and provide a drivers license upon booking. Lessee must remain on property during the term of the lease. This condo does not host bachelor(ette) groups. I do have a policy of no pets for renters. As an owner, I am allowed to have a pet in my condo. I sometimes take my cat. It is a Russian Blue supposedly hypoallergenic. Research it. If you are allergic to cats my unit might not be a good one for you.
