Since we were celebrating our 33yr anniversary. I requested that the home be professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. The cleanliness was basic. I reached out to the owner and expressed my concerns right away. He did apologize for the oversights.The interior design is nice however the upholstery stains should be cleaned as well.Most lamps for extra lighting was not plugged in and/or working. Touch up painting should be done; there are small areas where white paint is exposed. The outdoor patio is really large but lacks the luxurious design efforts you will find inside of the penthouse. As it is now, I feel that the price did not match my overall expectations. The absolute BEST thing about this home is the view! Stunning views of the Florida coast.With some adjustments this home could be Absolute Perfection!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The condo was perfect for us and we enjoyed the outside balcony area with the multiple seating options and spaces. The condo was well stocked with all the basics and the owner did great job of communicating with us. Would highly recommend the com and will also consider for our next trip to PCB.

The property and owner are fantastic!!!While this property is a 15-16 story complex it really is very quiet and chill. Never had to wait on elevators. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool is HUGE!! But now to the best part. This 11th floor penthouse unit is the bees knees of the building. It is fantastic inside and out. Lets just say this, if you stay anywhere else you are truly missing out!! The inside is immaculate with more than enough room for the whole family we had 8 people total with plenty of room to spare. The master suite provides a stunning view of pcb sunsets with its floor to ceiling windows and own private balcony access. The second main king bedroom features an entire room length sliding door to its own private balcony access. Plus both main suites have beautiful walk in tile showers and 2 person jacuzzi tubs. The kids suite is perfect to pile all the little ones in with their own bathroom. Plus there is an additional king room with its own bathroom. The huge kitchen provides more than enough space to cook for the whole family. The 360 balcony provides the best views of PCB!! This without a doubt is our new family spot!!

Fantastic condo and host!!!

Our family recently stayed a week in this condo. We could not have asked for a better set up. The condo was clean, spacious and had spectacular views. The host was amazing and more than accommodating with checking in to make sure we had everything we needed or if there was anything he could do. The balcony is incredibly spacious and offers plenty of room for the entire family to relax and enjoy it with room to spread out. All in all our stay was fantastic.

The property is beautiful and the huge patio offers great views. Robert is very responsive to any issues that arise. I would reccomend this property to anyone who wants to spoil themselves.

Excellent owner! The condo was spacious with a great view. Convenient location and easy drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Would stay at condo again!
