Spend evenings under the stars by the firepit or enjoy your morning coffee on the deck. Inside, the home features a spacious, inviting open floor plan with modern renovations. Located just 2 minutes from Tanyard Creek and 3 minutes from the Country Club Golf Course, it also provides easy access to the Tunnel Vision Trails. Kitchen had everything we needed. Two adult men that came to mountain bike and mostly ate at several good resturants nearby but the kitchen had everything we needed and more.

We chose this property because it was close to Crystal Bridges. The house was very clean. It was perfect for two couples. The bedrooms were cozy. Both full bathrooms were great and perfect for privacy. The kitchen area was large, well-supplied and clean. The living space was very comfortable. We could sit and eat together and watch television together. There was also a television in each bedroom, which was helpful. The check-in process was extremely easy and the check out instructions were clear and fair. Communicating with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay. Decent location. Not far from Bentonville. The property was clean and functional. Great value if that is important. The only negative for me was the property itself is dated and the upgrades to freshen up the look are cosmetic all not every well done. I would definitely stay again if I was looking for lower cost lodging than you can find in Bentonville.

Two couples spent Labor Day weekend at the house. It was conveniently located the Northwest Arkansas attractions and golf. We would recommend this property.

Perfect for our 4th of July Holiday

Location and accommodations were exactly what we needed for our stay. Priced well and great communication with the host was a bonus. Will look to stay here again for our next trip.

Good location, away from traffic and noise, perfect for a short getaway from every day life.Area much different from our home in Northern Wisconsin so we were very happy to have been able to stay here.

Trip to Ozarks

We had a wonderful time. Tried to see as much as we could!!! However, we are thinking we will try to get back again next year if we can get the same place!!! There is still a lot we need to see and do.

Daughter’s wedding

We stayed in this cozy place for our daughter’s wedding . The owner was helpful and even provided an ironing board and iron (as requested) for our cloths . He was prompt and helped anyway he could . I even thought the bed was comfortable. I would stay again and recommend this facility;)

Bella Vista fish camp

Overall, we enjoyed the house very much. My buddies and I used it as a base camp for our float fishing trips. The kitchen was well appointed, great deck and plenty of room. Only thing I would ask is if the number of beds could be included with the amount of people the house sleeps.
