Visit the Mountain Biking Capital of the world by staying in this newly renovated bungalow with large deck overlooking mature trees where you can enjoy the wildlife while grilling your dinner or having that cup of coffee, tea or adult beverage of choice. Take a long, hot bath in the soaker tub or relax on the couch & cozy up to the electric fireplace. The home is conveniently located about 100 meters from the Back 40 for all adventure seekers. The great outdoors awaits you in Bella Vista & the surrounding communities with hundreds of miles of trails, creeks, sightseeing, amazing food and drink.

We had a great 4 day stay. The house is modern and cozy. We loved the big patio and view of the forest. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great location, we hiked nearby nature trails of Bella Vista and visited museums in Bentonville. Host was welcoming and communication was good.

Great location for Bella Vista! Very modern 2 bedroom 2 bath with cozy design and feel. Thanks for being pet friendly! Nice kitchen with great setup.We were using this as a home base while moving a relative to the area. Would definitely keep it on our list for vacation hotspots to revisit. Loved the carport.

Great place close to the trails

We spent a weekend hiking and biking in the area. The house had everything we needed. The location was perfect being walking distance to the trails.

Great property nestled in the trees

The house was perfect for our short trip to the NW Arkansas area. It was nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed for our trip. Spent a couple of relaxing nights hanging out in the deck enjoying the natural beauty around us

Very clean. Photos accurate. Comfortable beds and furniture. Showers had excellent water pressure and lots of hot water. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. BQ was clean and easy to start. Deck space was lovely and we appreciated it was a secure space for our dogs. House did have a musty odor when we arrived but that cleared once we opened the windows. We enjoyed our 5 days, lots of hiking with our dogs and cycling some amazing trails. Appreciated the washer and dryer too!

Wedding Weekend

We loved everything about this property! So beautiful and clean. Everything we needed was right there. It was a perfect location for the wedding we were attending at the Mildred Cooper Memorial Chapel. It was less than a 10 minute drive. Highest of recommendations for a wonderful place to stay in Bella Vista!

Amazing!

This sweet little home was such a great place to spend our time in NWA! It was impeccably clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities needed (and then some.) We appreciated our fur babies being welcomed; there was even a dog bed and bowl. Hosts were easy to work with, great value, highly recommend this stay!

Weekend getaway

The home was nicely done and had a lot of extras. I personally enjoyed the oversized tub. It was very relaxing and quiet. I also loved the touches they added to include my fur babies.

Treehouse Bungalow

Lovely property in Bella Vista, AR. Every detail was covered, including a bed and treats for our baby dogs! It is situated among the trees on the lot so when you’re sitting on the porch it feels like you’re in a treehouse. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. It was only 15-20 minutes to Rogers. We would definitely stay there again.

A cozy house in the woods

My wife and I met my brother and his wife for an extended weekend trip in Bentonville. The host was accommodating and checked in a couple of times to make sure we had what we needed to have a great stay. The house was perfect for our dogs who could go outside and hang out on the back deck. We also were able to use the grill when the rain cleared up. The covered carport was also nice since it rained a lot. The beds are comfy and we had plenty of blankets, towels and other necessities. If you’re traveling with pets or just need a no-hassle, easy and straightforward place to stay, this is a great option! Clean, easy, and cozy, just what you’re looking for. .

Quiet and Cozy

Our stay here was impeccable! We arrived and were very impressed with how nicely everything was put together. The decor is amazing, the location is perfect. It is far enough away from town to feel like you are away from the hussle and bussle, but you are just a quick 8 minute drive to town! The location was quiet and the back deck was a relaxing area to hang out and enjoy nature. The property owners were very quick to respond to messages and their welcome book was extremely detailed, which was a bonus! Highly recommend this property!!
