Welcome to Tivoli, a charming Mediterranean style complex of villas located on the Baytowne Golf Course inside the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®. Unit 5271 is as luxurious as it is cozy, and it is the perfect spot for someone wanting to retreat to the beaches of the Emerald Coast and fit in a few rounds of golf during the trip! This unit comes with a 6 seat golf cart for cruising the resort!

As soon as you step inside this home, you will be captivated by the cathedral ceilings and picturesque windows that overlook the lush green golf course. The 4 bedroom and 4 bath home can sleep up to 10 guests. The living area is roomy enough for everyone to feel relaxed and at home. The spacious kitchen features white countertops and stainless steel appliances and it is stocked with all the essentials you need to whip up a fantastic meal.

The master bedroom offers a king bed and has a door that accesses the screened porch. The en suite bath includes a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. There is also a guest bedroom that features a king bed and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The third guest bedroom offers a queen bed and the fourth guest bedroom, located in the loft and accessible by a spiral staircase, offers a queen bed and bathroom.

The screened porch is ideal for lounging with a cup of morning coffee and listening to the sounds of nature. When the time comes to explore, hop in the golf cart and tour the resort. Stop by the community pool for a quick swim before heading over to the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs. Please note one vehicle permitted per unit.
