Big Sky absolutely lived up to it's name - the 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains were stunning. In addition, the home was clean, well-appointed, and so fun for a group!

Great house in a great location, especially for a big group. The house is spacious so it doesn’t feel crowded even with lots of people. There are lots of games, books, and movies, including for kids, which was great for keeping everyone entertained. The view is amazing, and it’s a quick drive into downtown Salida. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. I would definitely recommend the house and plan to stay here again!

Perfect house with a great view for a family vacation and trip to Mt. Princeton Hot Spring.

The house was very clean, perfect size and layout for a big family vacation with ages ranging from 3 to 70. Game room was so much fun for all of us!!! Beautiful views and close to Mt. Princeton Hot Springs and downtown Salida. Communication with the host was very easy, thorough, with quick response. Definitely 5 out of 5 experience in every way!!!

This house was great for our family ski trip! Plenty of room, fun playing games, and appreciated the items they had on site for cooking (grill, seasoning, PAM spray, etc).

The Perfect Christmas

The Big Sky property was great for our large family gathering. The heated floors were great after a day of skiing and the game room was a big hit with the kids and adults alike.

Dream Mountain stay

The Hostess was as sweet as the day is long, the property is gorgeous and clean and in the perfect location. The views are stunning, even for a Colorado resident, I could sit in that living room all day and stare at Mt. Shavano. Loved having the garage to park the jeeps with the t-tops off, and the yard for Pearl our Great Pyrenees. This place is top notch, thank you for the memories!

We made great use of the pool table and ping pong. Games were in good condition, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. Great spot!

Awesome Place

Spent the weekend with family and this place couldn’t have been better. Layout allowed for plenty of space to spread out. Heated concrete floors were great and the views were amazing. Seamless check-in and a nice touch with a welcome message and bottle of wine. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for an awesome weekend at your place!

Great rental

House was large, clean, very well outfitted, and well located. The whole family enjoyed the game room, bedrooms were large and comfortable and kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans were very nice and more than enough for our 12 family members. Rental company communicated well.

Family annual trip

I would highly recommend using this company to rent from! This is my second time using them and both times were great. The house was roomy, clean, spacious, quiet, etc. my family and I had plenty of space, the kitchen was nice and big and very well stocked! Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay!

Perfect house for our family reunion

House was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults, 4 teens, and 2 pups and were all very comfortable. The game room & entertainment space is in an area separate from the bedrooms so even when some were up playing pool and video games late, the others were able to go to sleep without hearing anything. The house was clean and comfortable. Kristan was a great host, super responsive to any questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Good stay in the Arkansas Valley

Had a good weekend stay in the at the New Big Sky in the Arkansas Valley near Salida. The home is relatively new, very clean and easily accommodates 8-10 people. The beds are very comfy and has a nice game area. The layout is bit jumbled with two building connected by a long hallway. We did note door lock did not work and had to used the garage key pad. There are a few eclectic issues with lighting, dead electrical outlets, and functionality of the TV.

Family Vacation

An amazing home with plenty of space to accommodate my entire family! The large kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to make meals for a large group. The game room was amazing to help entertain yhe kids and one of the main reasons we chose this home. Plus it's a separate wing of the home so noise was never a factor for those who stay up later. It was a short drive to Monarch to ski.It is outside of town with amazing views. A quiet neighborhood. We could walk the dog to his content.Great communication with the host. AOverall I wouldn't change a thing

We loved the space, but didn't notice it was by a county highway. The headlights and the sound of cars driving by made it hard to have a good night's sleep with the window and shades open to cool the upstairs. If there had been air conditioning, the issue would have been avoided, or if the temperature had been cool enough to keep the windows closed, but it wasn't. The air fryer was also dirty when we arrived, and we couldn't find a shovel to pick up our dog poop, and there were no bags per the welcome sign in the house for dog poop.We liked that we could have family playing pool and other games in one area of the house, and the other side of the house was quiet when needed. I appreciate the hostess, who always answered my questions in a prompt time frame.
