The Space:
This remodeled, luxury-style condo is the ideal space to relax on your vacation. Enjoy the home's open-plan living space and take in the beautiful mountain views from the unit's private balcony. This one-bedroom and loft space sleeps 7 people comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a loft which includes a double bunk bed, and a pull out couch with full mattress. The home features a full kitchen, completely stocked with all kitchen appliances and necessities. Fresh linens and towels are also provided for guests! Enjoy the sunrise over the mountains, while sipping on coffee from the complimentary Keurig coffee bar or enjoy your favorite shows/movies on the homes large smart TV.

This condo is located in the beautiful Lodge Hotel, featuring full amenities for guests to enjoy. Take a break from skiing or adventuring the White Mountains in the Hotel's heated pool and jacuzzi, or relax on the patio next to the Pemi River.

Hike iconic Flume Gorge, Lost River Gorge, or Mount Pemigewasset within minutes, or follow scenic river paths right from the condo.
Food and fun are always nearby with charming local cafés, restaurants, breweries, and shops are all within walking distance. In summer, cool off at Whale’s Tale Water Park or explore the Hobo Railroad and Granite State Scenic Railway.
Clark’s Trading Post offers steam‑train rides, bear shows, and loads of family fun. Check out Alpine Adventure's multiple nearby zip‑line courses, ATV tours, and ropes course! Don't forget to stop by for a pizza on the pizza stone after!

Getting Around:
Guests have access to free parking in the large parking lot located at the resort. During the winter months, the resort provides guests with shuttle service, to and from the Loon Mountain and South Peak bases. This shuttle can be reserved at the Front Desk at the Resort.

The town of Lincoln also offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping, and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $6/person. Please note, this shuttle service is Cash Only. Information on how to reserve this shuttle is listed in the Welcome Book located at the home.
