From December 6th to April 5th, enjoy the convenience of the free ski shuttle that makes hitting the slopes easier than ever. Operating Friday through Monday (no service Tuesday–Thursday), the shuttle picks you up right at the main lobby and brings you directly to the base of Loon Mountain—no parking hassles, no long walks, and no wondering if there are even spots available.



Running daily from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, the shuttle allows you to focus on what you came for: skiing, riding, and soaking up the mountain experience. Whether you're heading out first chair or coming back for a mid-day break, the ride is smooth, easy, and completely complimentary for all guests staying at The Lodge at Lincoln Station.

Please note: This condo accommodates up to 6 guests, and the primary guest must be 25+ with ID if requested. Parking is limited to two vehicles (oversized vehicles, RVs, and trailers are not permitted on the property), and the loft bedroom is open to the downstairs. The unit has a wall-mounted AC in the living room. As a second-floor condo, elevator access is available. Please note: unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night. No pets, parties, or events are allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the deck. Guests may only smoke in the designated smoking hut located at the front of the property. Violations will result in a $500 fine, plus any additional charges for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Shared amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the condo, including the living area, kitchen, bedroom, loft, bathroom, and private porch. Entry is simple with a key fob, which can be picked up from the lockbox in the key room—no need to worry about traditional keys. Before 9 PM, the main entry door will be open. After 9 PM, guests must use a code to enter.



You’ll also enjoy access to the many shared resort amenities at The Lodge at Lincoln Station, such as the indoor (heated) and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, arcade, billiards, grilling area, picnic tables, and riverside sun deck with direct stairs down to the Pemigewasset River. Parking is included for up to two vehicles (oversized vehicles, RVs, and trailers are not permitted on the property), and elevator access makes reaching this second-floor unit easy and convenient.
